I bring 30 years of expertise in various construction areas, I am skilled in finding solutions, creating, and paying attention to details.

During my time as a General Contractor, I undertook many projects in downtown Chicago, including carpentry and large-scale kitchen installations, averaging 80 to 100 installations annually. I oversaw entire bathroom installations, which included electrical, plumbing, and tile work.

In Florida, my emphasis is on smaller renovations, such as kitchen and bathroom remodels, with a focus on precision. I work efficiently and can underbid any written contract by at least 10%.
