Established in 1980, Alison Service Company was launched as an electrical contractor focusing on the wiring of retail spaces and residential properties. In 1991, we received an inquiry by a national retail maintenance company to deliver electrical services for businesses across Southern California.

Over the years, we expanded to include other repair and maintenance services in addition to electrical contracting. As we gained expertise, and understanding our clients' needs, we broadened our range of services. The demand for more services led us to obtain licenses for general contracting and plumbing alongside our electrical contracting license.

Prior to my birth, my father launched his own electrical contracting business in the Covina region. As soon as we could swing a hammer, he brought me, my older sister, and younger brother to the jobs he was working on. I cherish the memories of finding scraps of wiring and conduit and crafting ""art"" alongside my siblings to entertain ourselves while our father was busy.

We grew up with him leaving family functions to tend to emergencies, endless phone calls and appointments, and many late nights at work. Even though he was always busy, he was heavily involved in our lives, leading our sports teams, attending every game and being there when we needed him most.

When I graduated high school, my father was serving residents and commercial locations in San Diego. I moved to San Diego and took on the role of my father's assistant. I helped install ceiling fans, set up outlets, connect recessed lighting, do all of his scheduling and invoicing. Currently, my siblings and I run the business and couldn't be happier.
