Stephen is extremely unreliable, and it takes sometimes weeks for him to just get back to you. I have tried to use him twice, and I won't be using him again. I had to call, text, and email several times about a shower leak over a couple weeks, he kept telling me he would do it but kept forgetting. I finally had to call someone else. The second time I just need a roof sweeping and gutter cleaning but over several weeks I left a message on his website and called him several times and he would tell me he forgot and that he would look up my message and call me back, but he forgot to call back every time. I had to use someone else. I don't recommend him if you need fast, reliable service.

I am not sure what has happened but I had a terrible experience last time I had Stephen over working on some plumbing issues on my kitchen sink. I had him over to unclog my sink a few months ago and he was great. This time around it was difficult to schedule a visit, he overcharged me, and never returned my money although I requested it several times. My kitchen sink is clogged again, so I was hoping he would come over to make it up for what he overcharged me but he stood me up several times and now does not answer my calls. I understand that he might be busy but this is just not professional. His work ethics has gone down the drain. I will call somebody else to fix the problem.
