Initially prompt in responding, but didn't bring the right size equipment (ladder) to hang our misters. Hung the kitchen pendants instead that day. Said he'd be back the next day, and I told him we'd leave the gate unlocked, as we are at work. Then he stopped responding to messages, and I had to call and text to track down if he was going to finish the job. Days later received a text asking if we were home (explained we were not). Told us that afternoon he had been by to check (which he had not, as we have cameras). Overall unreliable. Wouldn't recommend.

After a previously hired ""no show"" electrician, I was able to find Rody who showed up and fixed the kitchen can light without having to replace the fixture. We have a rental property in the desert and it's hard to find people who really want to work and will follow up.

I found Rovin through Yelp and I am lucky that I did. First I reached out to get my wall charger installed and he came over to give me a very reasonable quote right away. He also was able to do the job I requested soon after he gave me a quote.
Rovin was very professional and thorough with his work with clear explanation of what was needed.

I needed some fans and recess lights installed so he looked and gave me a reasonable quote for these as well. He was able to match the recess lights to the ones I have in my house already installed. I appreciate his honestly too. I thought I needed 4 per room, but he told me I would only need 2 per room. He saved me big bucks by telling me exactly what he thought I needed, instead of taking advantage of my weak understanding of electrical work.

He also did all this work in 100+ degree weather.

I'll be coming back to Rovin for any other work that might be needed. Super cool guy and would recommend his services.

Don't let him convince you he knows anything electrical. He couldn't even replace a thermostat. He wired it wrong and the unit was heating (of course on one of the hottest days of the year) I had to call someone else to do it right and he said that the AC/heating system could have been seriously damaged.
His other boasted skills are also b.s.
His work is very sloppy and he basically does not care to do a good job, even if you bring it to his attention whatever was done poorly. Just wants to get paid. His prices are crazy too. No skills, no customer service at premium ( gauging) prices.
