We've used Alex and his team 4 times in the past 3 years for big and small jobs and satisfied with his work quality, his pricing is always competitive and very communicative.

1st Time:
We used him to replace a HVAC unit for a rental home we had. We had multiple proposals from different vendors and ended up choosing him because he was the most competitive in pricing, responsive and flexible. He didn't push for expensive units and when we asked him about a more affordable brand that we found ourselves, he actually recommended the cheaper unit. The process was smooth. Few months later, our tenant had some issues to operate the thermostat and Alex responded quickly and taught her how to use properly. He stood by his work.

2nd Time:
For our own house, we had two aging HVAC units. One had some issue. Alex was out of town and his staff came out quickly and fixed it at a reasonable rate.

3rd Time:
The damper stopped working and Alex came out to fix it. While he was there, he also helped with some additional electrical repair work. I asked if we should replace both HVAC units and to my surprise, he didn't push for it and encouraged us to keep using them. We sold our home and priced it less to reflect the aging systems, but we doubt we could recoup the full cost of the replacement even if we decided to replace.

4th Time:
We needed a large chandelier installed at our new home. It was prewired but the builder didn't install the box. I recalled that Alex mentioned he was also licensed electrician despite that he mainly focus on HVAC and duct work. I messaged him and he responded quickly with a reasonable quote. The day of installation, it was trickier than he anticipated, but he and his electrician Pablo worked hard to fix the issue and completed the job. They even wiped the large chandelier clean.
He could have added the extra work to the original quote but he did not do that, although I paid him more given the hard work they put in.

I will continue to use Alex and his team in the future.

Would never use his service again. Installed a system that broke down months later and refuses to come out to fix it even though it's still under warranty.

Amazing service!
I asked for a quote to many companies and they give me an answer very fast.
I was not sure about which unit install, the recommened the best unit and with a competitive price including installation.
When I decided which unit install send an e-mail to set an appointment and I had my unit installed one hour later!
I will recommend them to all my friends!
