I manage a busy wedding venue therefore I usually have very time sensitive issues.

Alexander Pacific is always honest and fair with pricing.

Ryan is extremely professional and true to his word. I know 100% of the time if there is an issue I can count on Ryan. He has come last minute at 7:00am to fix an issue before a Scheduled event. He has looked in the dumpster for missing lights. He has even helped me game plan in the event of a PG&E outage during an event and checked in throughout the weekend to make sure we had power.

Nick does an amazing job as well. He has learned the ins and outs of the property and is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Thanks you guys for fixing my problem. I needed mystery of why my outside outlet going to my koi pond suddenly went out. Ryan found what tripped it and taught me where to fix it in the future. While he was here, I had him install a ceiling fan and a ceiling light fixture. He did all these jobs quickly and efficiently. Ryan was polite and readily made friends with my chihuahuas who needed convincing that his presence was invited. The billing was very fair and I was happy to get these tasks done finally.

Let me tell you my experience with these guys they are the best.
The price was fair and the service was exhalant, Ryan was the person who handled the repairs at the house and he knows his stuff. honest and knowledgeable. A company you can trust, believe me when I say you can trust them with your house keys, well that's my experience and opinion at least very satisfied with there service conducted.

They are a 10-star in my book!!!!! definitely earned a customer for life.

We called Alexander Electric in 2016 to help us with our smoke alarm system in our 12 year old home. They are interconnected and were going off periodically for no apparent reason. Nerve racking to say the least! I should have known when it took a month to actually have someone come. Ryan made the speedy decision to replace all the alarms (9) to the tune of $5-6 hundred dollars. Less than a month later, it started again. No call backs, no response for this emergency. Finally several months later, after messages and empty promises, he returned and replaced those that we could testify had gone off. Second time certain alarms started sounding and again after numerous calls and no response, several months later he came and replaced the bad boys. And now, again,(third time) they were acting up. 5 weeks ago I called and told Heidi and suggested there may be another problem, like the wiring. She assured me she would talk to ""the guys"" and get back to me. Never heard from them. I think I could honestly say ""Alexander Electric has never returned a call"". Maybe there was one.
Bottom Line: This company clearly has no response policy (like 24 hr rule?) no priority for emergency, and in fact never offered any troubleshooting on this matter. This is not a handyman service, right? We were paying the high prices with no care and little ethics in backing up the work.
So finally after being stonewalled for a month and left with anxious nights, we called a local electrician who touted ""troubleshooting'. He came that day and had some new ideas. It has been a quiet week and hope it has been remedied and our dog can have some peace! If not, we have an electrician who cares. Alleluia!

Wow service at it's best. I never met these guy's and had big trouble with a 4 stage conveyor line. We were down due to faulty wiring by who knows who? I called two so called electrical contract companies in the Temecula Valley. What a nightmare they tried helping me and in the middle of the job threw their hands up and walked off the job.
That is how I ended up with ALEXANDER PACIFIC CONTRACTORS !!! Team ALEXANDER put their heads together and came up with a plan and starting working 7:30 AM They trouble shot the job told me what the plan of attack was and executed flawlessly.
If you want excellence call these people. I didn't not know them from Adam and thank God we have people in this world that are like them. I would recommend this company to everyone that need electrical work. I am the owner of Rainbow Precision Products Inc. the Valleys only bearing distributor for the past 25 years and I'm proud to say I had the pleasure of doing business with ALEXANDER PACIFIC. I had these guys come out and install some track lighting, 3 ceiling fans, and do rewire on a bathroom i was remodeling for my GF's Mom in Sun City. They were prompt, friendly and seemed very detail oriented. They enthusiastically answered my GF's many many questions and concerns. It was a good experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Ryan of Alexander Pacific has come to our new home on three separate occasions to do electrical work for us. Twice to install light fixtures and ceiling fans that we had purchased and, most recently, to install an electrical socket for a pump we're having installed for our tankless water heater.
