We called Alexander Electrical Services, and talked with Victor about installing a new circuit breaker and outlet for an electrical fireplace. Unfortunately we are very disappointed with the service. The first impression was good because Victor came to do the quote as soon we requested even being late at night. However, our experience after that was terrible. Victor didn't come on the day he scheduled to do the work. We had to message to remind him. He came on the next day. He also added a spot light in the room. The new circuit breaker tripped on the 1st test, but worked on the 2nd one. As soon Victor and his colleague left the house we noticed the ceiling drywall piece that was cut for the light spot was thrown in the middle of the plants in our front yard. On the next day when we tried to use the new outlet, it was not working, we checked the circuit breaker and it was off. We turned it on and it was tripping instantly. We message Victor and he guaranteed the work done has warranty and it would be fixed. However, he said he would come multiple days but he has never appeared. When we finally scheduled a day, very late like 9:30pm/10pm, at the time he was supposed to be in the house he sent a message saying he noticed his stock of circuit breakers was gone. He would need to buy more. He discovered that only on the time he was supposed to be in the house. When we asked for a day to come, he said he could not schedule a day or a time (what?!) to so the work, but it would be a day this week. He never messaged us interested in complete the work. We messaged him this week again, he said he would check if the circuit breaker was delivered or not. We messaged next day again asking if he would come and he didn't answer back. The work was not completed, we really had a hard time to schedule appointments and this company has no commitment with the client. We ended up asking another professional to complete Victor's work. And yes, the circuit breaker Victor put was really defective.

My daughters ceiling fan was smoking from the lights. I contacted him and he came right out to make sure my house doesn't almost burn down (again ). He identified it quickly and was able to put the correct switch in! He was in and out in 15 mins not even. I couldn't even get a picture in he was so fast lol
Plus my grumpy husky let him inside so that should tell you what kind of man he is! Always trust your dog's instincts! Lol

The 4-point inspection for insurance revealed the electrical panel had been recalled and had to be replaced. With a holiday just a week away I knew getting anything scheduled could be a challenge. But Victor rose to my sense of urgency and held a cancelled spot for me in the same week I called. Three days later the job was complete and I had a detailed paid invoice along with pictures to submit to the insurance company. AES is definitely my go to electrician now!

My wife and I needed to redo some wiring in our house and, at the same time, upgrade the outdoor panel. From the get go, Victor and Jonathan have been a pleasure to work with. They answered my (endless) questions, provided a detailed quote that was very reasonably priced, and quickly worked us into their schedule. As the job progressed, we asked them to do some extra work and they quoted the extra tasks at a normal price (*not* up-charging since they knew we were desperate and they were already on site). They even stayed until 9PM, using headlamps and working on the roof in the rain to finish the project on time. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them the next time we need electricians!

I called Alexander Electrical Services and spoke with Victor (owner) after my tenants called with flickering lights that were going on and off. He sent someone out within hours to diagnose problem. The tech Jonathan was very helpful in sending me pictures, etc. so I would know what was going on. The house is an older house and had many splices in the attic from previous owners, etc. doing their own electrical (which I wouldn't recommend after seeing what was done). Victor was very good at explaining what needed to be done now and down the road due to the aluminum wire. I am a widow and am very skeptical due to people trying to take advantage of women and widows, however AES had good reviews on Facebook and here (although not near as many as he should have) and has an A+ rating with BBB. I immediately felt his integrity over the phone during our conversations. I highly recommend AES!! Victor can be trusted to do the job right, cheaper than expected and won't take advantage of you. He will also make you aware of things others have done or not done that should have been done. Call him! You won't be sorry and don't forget to leave a review once you do! He has earned my support and my review!! Thanks so much Victor!!

Good service. Came out and gave a free estimate. Friendly owner. Scheduled my install within a good time frame and was flexible. Electrician came out the day of service and did a great job. Went above and beyond and made sure I had input in some decisions of placement of lights and switches. Would definitely recommend.

I need an electrical outlet installed by my power meter in order to switch from Cable to CenturyLink. A neighbor recommended AES. I'm happy with the service and result. The tech that came out was friendly and professional. The only complaint is that communication could have been better. I had a 2pm appointment and they were vague on when they would show up. They ended up coming around 8pm.

I HIGHLY recommend Victor and his team. A handyman knocked out power to part of my house while hanging some curtain rods. I read some great reviews about Victor and AES so I gave him a call. He came out within the hour (on a Fri night!) and quickly fixed my problem. His prices are also very reasonable. Can't sing his praises loudly enough.
