Owner Ryan Ramiro provided a quote to install new electric service at our home in Gilroy. When it was time for him to start the job he vanished for weeks on end, not returning phone calls, emails or text messages. Just when I was ready to give up on him he returned my email apologizing for the delay. Said he had issues at home that were now resolved and he was ready to work.

Stupidly I gave him a second chance. What followed was a series of delays and excuses why he couldn't start. Blaming other people, his subs etc. I followed up and called his sub to find out that Ryan had been lying to me. He had never called the sub to schedule. Next I followed up with the inspector who also confirmed Ryan had been lying to me regarding the inspections.

Alexander electric is the worst of the worst. Unreliable, poor communication, no follow through and doesn't tell the truth.

I was very pleased with the work that Ryan, from Alexander Electric, completed for me. He showed up when he said he was going to show up, both for the estimate and the actual work. He completed the job when he said he would, at the price he quoted, and he left the job site clean. He was professional and easy to work with. Ryan installed a 220/240 volt outlet and breaker in my garage for charging my electric vehicle.

Ryan promised to do work for us and even provided pricing but never showed up and will not answer an email or phone call. Poor service, poor communication. I do not recommend this company at all!

We needed electrical run for our store. Ryan from Alexander Electric researched what we needed and got things done quickly and on time. We have used several contractors in the past and my wife was previously married to an electrical contractor. We both agree that Ryan is the most professional and safe electrical contractor we have ever met.

During the review of our panel he found some things that were not done correctly by the previous electrician. His prices were reasonable and he didn't spend a lot of time doing things that didn't need to get done just to run up the clock.

Overall I am extremely happy with Alexander Electric. I will absolutely use him again for any of our commercial needs, and have already passed his name on to a family member who needs some residential work done.

I had two electrical issues in my home and contacted Alexander Electric. First plus was response time. Ryan from Alexander Electric was there in less then a day. He was very professional and clearly knows his trade. He quickly repaired the two electrical problems.

I would also like to mention his customer service. He was very personable and helpful as well as Alexander Electrics fees are very reasonable. I would hire this business again in a heartbeat. This was a very positive and professional experience!
