Paid him for 3 pool parts in June. Almost 2 months later, of constantly chasing him, he hasn't delivered or installed the parts. He constantly makes up excuses and lies. Says he's on his way, never shows up, time after time. I just want my money back. Stay away from this scammer. I wish I'd googled him before I gave him money for parts.

Save yourself the headaches. He never returned to take down my christmas lights and also stoled a hundred + dollars from me when he didn't buy me a christmas wreath I paid for in advance and refused to return my money. I have txt messages where he admitted he wasn't going to return my money.

We hired Alex to hang Christmas Lights for us in October 2017 after receiving suggestions from our HOA Facebook Group. It took a month of us pestering him and him giving excuses (family was in horrible car accident, death in the family) or just not showing up at all before he actually installed the lights. Against my better judgment, my husband allowed him to do the work with assurances he'd be back in January to take the lights down as agreed and paid $750 for (we kept the lights). No surprise, he hasn't shown up! He's made tons of excuses (he had the flu) and no showed. We had to take down our own lights. Would not recommend!

I paid Alex (Alexander) Marez a deposit of roughly $500 for materials on October 20th. Nearly a month later, he still has not completed the work and has not returned my deposit. I've reached out nearly 20x and he either doesn't answer my calls/texts or provides lies/excuses.

I've already hired another electrician to complete the job. The new electrician also noted that work previously done by Alex was not permitted. Our breaker box had been improperly installed without obtaining a permit from the City of Austin. The box was also not mounted properly and was left exposed to the elements. It will cost $2800 to fix. DO NOT USE. BEWARE OF SCAM.
