Best electrician in Miami. His guys did incredible work setting up outdoor lighting, and putting in an outdoor outlet for me to work out on my patio. And the owner - Alex- is a super nice guy.

very disappointed with this company, I called them for an appointment and they never answer, when I managed to communicate we talked about work and they gave me a date to make an estimate to which they never went, I call and send a message and they do not answer, after 3 days they show up 2 people who do not speak English or are identified saying that they are from alex electric, I call them to the office and they tell me that they sent their specialists, ok I let them pass, for me it is a bit uncomfortable to talk to them and that they cannot answer my doubts, I only wanted 2 lights on the terrace with a switch, they began to break the wall inside and I could only look because I had no communication with them, after spending the whole day breaking they leave and everything is like that, the next day One of them came with a different person who didn't speak English either, they started working and stopped breaking up, then they started laying cables but they didn't agree or didn't know, until about 2 hours later another person arrived who I told them What to do, that day did not finish, the next day two other people came to finish my work, one of them spoke a little English and told me something about what was happening, a 4-hour job turned into 3 days due to inexperience from the company and they charged me as engineers $130 an hour plus materials and travel, I would never recommend them and even so I don't know if my job is safe, I later had to hire some builders to fix everything that broke my electricians, all the work was very expensive for only 2 lights on the terrace...

Efficient, Professional, great work, and NICE people.

I had a few small electrical jobs in my house. Alex's people came out a day early to get started and finished the following day first thing in the morning. They were great! I will definitely use them again if I have any electrical needs.

Whoever they have answering the phone hates her job and is extremely rude. You can hear her attitude from the initial hello, I asked a question and she said ""we don't do that and hung up.""

Alex Electric recently fixed a few issues in my homes electric panel. Since I have an older home, they fixed one thing and ended up finding another issue. My electric panel began sparking , and they came back until issue was fixed. Customer Service very important to them! Family Business! Pricing was average for Miami, I appreciate they fixed my fuses and outlets before the holidays. Thank You!!
