Alex & Alex did a fantastic job installing an EV charger for me. We live in a townhouse set-up with a shared garage so it wasn't as straightforward as an install in a single family house. Nevertheless, Alex was extremely patient in walking me through the steps: where they need to cut, where they need to drill, and where the electrical lines would run. He made sure I understood the process 100% but most importantly he was accountable to everything he had said and promised. The job turned out to be more difficult than originally planned, but he stuck to the original estimate and didn't charge me any additional. He's an electrician I truly can trust. Needless to say, the job was done perfectly. Alex, his step-dad, and apprentice was efficient in their work and finished everything in just a few hours. Couldn't be happier with this decision!

I needed an electrician to remove a recessed light unit and replace it with a hanging pendant light fixture . I requested a quote from multiple electricians on the Yelp site and Alex & Alex were the first to respond.
They asked for the details of my project and also pictures, which I provided. They responded promptly to the info that I provided, then gave me a quote for the job. All of this took place before any of the other electricians responded.
Their quote was quite reasonable and we promptly scheduled the work for next day. The electrician gave a heads-up call when he was on his way; got to work as soon as he arrived; completed the job within 20-minutes.
Seamless, efficient service at a very reasonable price!

I called Alex around 7pm because all this lovely rain shorted out half our circuit box and cut power to half our house! I had called four other places by the time I found Alex & Alex, and everywhere else either just didn't pick up or couldn't come out until the next day at the earliest. Alex came right out, even though it was late, and got the problem fixed (after running out to Lowes for replacement parts). He's friendly and professional and really knows his stuff. I really appreciated his expertise on a cold, rainy night!

UGH I can't write enough to express my gratitude for Alex!! In speaking with Alex JR. Over the phone I explained my electrical situation - Alex JR. Calmly replied yes sure- I should have that done in a short time. And Alex DID just that. I was taken aback. He actually did what he said he would in the exact time frame he provided me over the telephone. No fuss no muss.

Alex JR. also fixed an electrical fixture of my mothers that had not worked in decades. This fixture is very sentimental to my mother and we use it every night now.

Instead Alex JR was professional and kindly took the time to inform me and educated me of my electrical situation without any attempts to gouge me.

Alex JR. Also provided me with product information for my minor that I could safely do on my own and pocket friendly. What repair company of any type takes the time to educate you to help yourself?

The human qualities Alex JR. Demonstrated Is definitely credited to familial roots. The qualities Alex JR demonstrated are not the type of skills generated out a text book. Alex JR excellent workmanship, skills and dedication service and true desire to simply help and resolve your issue comes from a deeper place than just text books.

Although I have not met Alex Sr. - Excellent job to you sir! For the great integrity in your company and the great integrity of your son!
