Alex and his guys did a great job and I highly recommend them. I got multiple bids and the pricing from Alex was very competitive. I was impressed with the amount of time Alex spent answering my questions before the work started. There were some unanticipated challenges to my job, but Alex still delivered the work and was faithful to his original cost estimate. I felt comfortable enough with the team while they were working that I had them do some extra work we didn't initially discuss for the bid and let them price it afterwards. Again, they were very fair with the pricing so I would be happy to recommend them to a friend.

I've used Alex and his team several times for jobs big and small. The latest job was moving my electrical riser that connects my house to the pole. Big deal involving DWP, LADBS, permits and all. Took care of everything, followed up when the inspector came weeks after the job (earlier today as a matter of fact).

They're always prompt, do thorough work, and at a fair price.

I will continue to use Alex for my electrical needs.

The electrician from Alex & Alex did a fantastic job. I had them move a light fixture and add in a new power outlet. The work looked clean and professional.

The quoted price for the new power outlet was very reasonable and was 1/3 the quoted price of Powell Electric who I had gotten another quote from.

I will definitely use them again for any electrical work small or large!

Five Stars for Alex and Alex.
We had a problem with the electrical system in our home and my son found ""Alex and Alex"" on Reddit (sorry Yelp). We scheduled an appointment and communications were great as they gave us a 30 minute call to let us know when they were arriving. After an inspection throughout the house and electrical box, they identified a serious problem with the main wire connector to the telephone pole. Much of it was frayed and exposed. Alex assisted us with a call to DWP to better explain the situation . As a result DWP scheduled a visit to correct the issue. They also fixed a doorbell which hadn't worked in years, by replacing a transformer and the bell which they had in the truck.
Since they a small company, the fees are very reasonable.
We have had several electricians in the past, but Alex and Alex are the best.
They are ""keeper"".

Had a total rewrite done by these guys. They worked hard and long hours to get the job done right and fast. Whenever I had a question or concern they addressed it! These guys are on top of it. Highly recommend! Not looking to over charge you either. Will definitely go back to them for my electrical needs.

They installed our EV charger, it looks great! Nicely installed with aesthetics in mind which I appreciate! City came out and gave the final thumbs up. If you're switching over to EV and need a charger installed I highly recommend.
