Personable, competent, neat and fast...John fixed a fan that had never worked since we had moved in...thought it was the remote transmitter.. turned out the dip switches had been set wrong when installed... he quickly found the problem. Did some chatting to kinda test his knowledge... He knows his stuff... Nice to have people like that doing work for you..

This company was sent to us through American Home Shield. This was our first service call with our home warranty company & we were a little hesitant since my husband is a very handy guy (he owns an appliance repair company) so he's not thrilled with having a servicer come into our home to fix things. Lol! But we were very pleased with the promptness & efficiency! We had 4 separate issues going on & all of them were fixed within one hour. So pleased that it was all taken care of on the first visit! Ali was our tech & he was very knowledgeable & thorough. We'll definitely request Alejo again if we have any electrical needs in the future.

AHS sent them out to my place for a service call I put in. The Alejo receptionist promptly called me to get me on their schedule. Customer Service on this phone call was great- she asked me what kind of electrical problem we were having. I was impressed with the electricians (John) customer service as well! He was friendly and professional. Most of the contractors AHS uses are sketchy and don't provide quality service. However, Alejo Electric sets the bar high. John took the time to explain the problem and then how he planned on fixing it. Such a pleasant experience all around.

I purchase my home in September of 2017. some of the plugs were not functioning. Alejo Electric sent Ryan out today. He was very knowledgeable, on time and very professional. When Ryan left all the outlets were fixed and working. I would recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

These guys came out, found and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. I had paid another company a bunch of money and after 3 attempts couldn't fix the problem. I'm definitely going to only rely on Alejo Electric going forward.

I was referred to Alejo Electric through my home warranty provider. Such a mistake. The call did not at all go well. Fortunately, my home warranty provided me with a different electrician and that call was awesome. I know that everyone has a bad day and the electrician that Alejo sent out was definitely having a bad day, in my opinion. I cannot see myself ever using this organization again.

Our house has multiple broken power outlets in the kitchen. Fidelity assigned Alejo Electric to check out the work. Ryan and John showed up for two different trips and quickly identify the problems and fix everything for us. They are very professional. definitely recommend them for any kind of electrical work
