I’m John, the owner. I grew up in Lodi, CA, and have been in the electrical industry since 2002. We are well-versed in every aspect of the electrical field, from commercial projects to residential services.

This company is GREAT. Spoke with the boss, John, about the problem I was facing and that I was a bit scared as I smelled a burning plastic smell from the breaker box that was also making a crackling sound when I would flip it. They were super busy and were not going to be able to make it for 2 days. John had me send him pictures of the breaker box and did me a solid and squeezed me in the same day cuz he didnt want me to me scared about an electrical fire or whatever could possibly happen. When they came they had it fixed so fast and made sure to call me when they were on their way. The whole experience was a 10/10. Definitely will recommend to all my other friends and family. Thanks John! :)

My light was fused in my two bedrooms and was completely in dark, was travellling tommorow and had no idea what to do as i had lot to do and did not really have time to call an electician and spend time. John called at around 7 PM and he helped me like a magiician over the phone. he brought light back to my bedrooms. I called him a GOD and i meant it. He could have easily made 125 and way more dollars if he came to my house but he was so honest and helpful that he just helped me over the phone , I really don't think that there are any other electricians who would have done that. Would hire him anytime if needed in future.

Ali was knowledgeable, neat, and willing to take the time to explain to a senior, what he needed to do. The office staff was also very responsive when I had questions. DO NOT USE this company my experience with them was horrendous. I would look into using virtually any other electrical company but them. I had small electrical work that needed to be completed, but after interacting with this company, I instead, used a different company. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. The technician was unprofessional and his actions were dishonest and fraudulent. I would not trust them and would never have them in my home. Only wish I could give them 0 stars. They do not deserve the 1 start.

Our home warranty company sent Alejo electric out to fix a doorbell after we waited all day for another company they contracted, who was a no-show/no call. What a huge difference! From the woman who called to set up the appointment, to Ryan the electrician who came out, our experience could not have been any better.

Alejo had an appointment much sooner than I anticipated and Ryan showed up on time. He even called prior to his arrival to let us know how far away he was. He was very knowledgeable, very funny and he actually seemed to enjoy his job. He knew exactly what the problem was and he fixed it in a timely manner. He was also patient and accommodating with three dogs who kept trying to force pets as he worked. Home warranty company or not, I would definitely call Alejo Electric again.

Update: The owner personally reached out and scheduled the work with his lead tech. Same person that came out originally. Nice and knowledgeable and he did a good job of completing what I asked. The warrant company had told me I would need to pay a set price to get the issue fixed however when I spoke to John he said that he only gave that price to the company as an arbitrary number not the actual cost. Warranty company did not relay that information to me as they were under the impression that is the final cost. John honored that and fixed it for it. It wasn't a lot of work but still a couple of hours worth, either way, no issues with their work. I still think the contact hours of 10-4 don't allow customers the flexibility (we work during the day too and it's not always easy to call only between those hours) but understand everyone has their own challenges. And John did reach out after hours.

Original review:
It's not easy to get in contact with this company. Who has working hours of 10-4 on businesses days?! Unfortunately this is the company we have to use through our warranty company so I have no choice and I can't actually review their work because I would first have to be able get them on the phone to schedule the work. According to warranty company they should've reached out to schedule and proceed but have not done so. The technician that came out for the troubleshooting seemed knowledgeable and nice.
