Great service and installation. Very happy with the work and the electricians that came out. They made sure I was satisfied and explain all the steps involved. The crew made sure I was happy and cleaned all the areas they were working. I highly recommend their service and will definitely will use them again in the future. I was charged $125 for them to come out and tell me it would cost $4000 to replace all of my 110v switches and receptacles...all we needed was to find the one switch that popped - found it later. Easy $125 for them, indeed. You get one star cuz i can't give 0. He dealt with my senior husband, i think there's a pattern here.

I had a problem with smoke detectors in my Fairfield home. There was one of my 6 smoke detectors that seemed to be chirping erroneously.
I tried merely changing the battery on all 6. Didn't help at all. So --
I replaced all 6 smoke detectors with new ones that I bought from Lowes.
The old detectors had an install date of June 2002. So, it was time to upgrade them anyway. Same problem. I called Aleco Electric and explained my problem to ""Brian"". Brian knew exactly what the problem was --- He asked if I had a Carbon Monoxcide detector plugged into a ""wall plug"" near the chirping smoke detector, I did, and he explained that
the Carbon Monoxcide detector was wired to be integrated with the smoke detectors. He advised me to merely put a new battery in the Carbon Monoxcide detector. I did that and the problem was solved.
Took maybe 10 minutes of Brian time and he solved it over the phone without charging any fee whatsoever. Now that is customer service at it's finest. I highly recommend Aleco Electric, and I wish to extend my sincere thanks to Brian.

They rock! They scheduled us on a Sunday for a Monday appointment. Brian came in and looked the problems and diagnosed them right away. He didn't try to charge us for giving us information and a diagnosis, and we retained them to do a heavy up on the spot. So professional and courteous.

Yes I meet with Brian to fix my electrical problem he was able to come same day which i had call other places and they were a week out..He was able to find the problem and fix it with in minutes of finding it, the are an awesome company great to work with very friendly and knowledgeable . I am highly highly recommend them..in fact i have a couple of things coming up to work on and will be calling them to do the work.. very professional as well

Best customer experience I've ever had. Estimator Tony ordered the necessary supplies I would need to improve the lighting in my great room. The lenses in the new 13 fixtures can be positioned to light up artwork on my walls........what a delight to not have an ugly picture light cord dangling down the wall.
Electricians Fabian and Anthony installed a hard wired LED lighted magnifying mirror and two new over head light fixtures with a dimmer switch in my master bathroom. One more new light fixture in another bathroom and a couple more dimmer switches finished the job.
The work was quickly done and my home left spotless. Can't be any better than that.

I used ALECO Services last year for a kitchen outlet that stopped working. Mike Trumbley came out and gave us an estimate of over $5,000 to fix our outlet and bring our old electrical box up to code. They came late. They said they got lost on the way here. I live in San Francisco and I found out after the fact that they are not located near here. Foolishly I had them update our electrical box. I had to wait awhile to get it done. They were late every time they came. When it was time to show up so a SF PG&E guy could explain what rules they had to follow, ALECO was a no-show. After the work, when they had to come meet a SF PG&E guy to OK their work, ALECO was a no-show. The PG&E guy said I should have hired an electrician actually located in San Francisco, and dissed their lack of professionalism. Now a few months later, a circuit breaker keeps shutting off. Rather than deal with ALECO, I called an electrician actually located in SF. I recommend you do the same.

I would recommend this company highly without any reservation. They came out one day and surveyed the problem and gave me a quote and they even came back in the pouring rain to complete the job outside. Extremely trustworthy, and conscientious. Job well done! Roman, who was the lead electrician on this job is very polite, knowledgeable and extremely conscientious. He has 25 years electrical experience & knew exactly how to fix the problem. This company is top-notch!

I asked Aleco Electric to repair a short circuit issue. They charged almost $2,000 to change switches and outlets which seemed to solve the issue but less than 90 days later they had return and fix another short problem.
Ultimately, the next electricians came and identified the source of all the problems as existing beneath the house where Aleco Electricians never went and after one and a half days by two men the problem was successfully and permanently repaired.
I would not recommend Aleco Electric to people I don't like, much less to people I do!

We are writing this letter to acknowledge the professionalism, integrity and warmth of Michael Trumbley, one of ALECO's employees, and to say what an excellent company the owner has created.
We contacted ALECO because we had an outage of electricity in about a third of our house. The day before, our heating system failed, so we were depending on electric heaters to provide warmth in the house. Our house was cold and we were cold and desperate.
Mr. Trumbley shows up, checks the main electric panel, within five minutes tells us all our electricity was back on. We then asked him if he could check our heater, he did and said the problem was a blown fuse. We changed the fuse and now our electricity and heater are working.
When we thanked Mike, he stated""I'm just reflecting the mission of ALECO, to give all our customers professional services with total integrity."" He said the company reflects the values of the owner.
