I sold our house of 27 years the last repair that needed to be performed prior to the new owners moving in was to have the electrical panel & secondary panel replaced for $1750.00
our relator gave us this companies name as a second choice first choice couldn't complete the job in this time frame. Upon my inspection after the work was complete I found on the wall be hind the main panel which is the laundry room which had been just freshly painted two holes one the size of a quarter the other the size of a pencil eraser where they messed up and drilled all the way through the wall, obviously a MISTAKE! They also replaced 5 electrical outlets with new updated GFI outlets. Upon further inspection found that everywhere that they had worked they had had left a mess behind. The house was professionally cleaned, I had relayed this information to Chris O'Conner the electrician prior to them starting this job. I called Chris to let him know what I had found and what he planned on doing to rectify these problems. His words were ""we are electricians we don't do finish work"" I understand this, but they should at least correct their MISTAKES! and clean up after them selves. Well he did not see things the same way I did. So I had to hire a real professional to come in and correct there mistake!
