Fixed our air unit last summer. Cleaned out the compressor, but something went weird (weird like it wasn't his fault, it was just bizarre) with it like 10 minutes after he left, but I called and he came right back and adjusted it and it's been running like a champ since.

I called about a cooler problem, which now I can tell you they don't really work on. I ask if they did and the phone service lady told she wasn't sure but she would check and let me know , which she didn't so I called her back and then she told me yes and someone would be right out, well after 2 more calls and 6 hours later someone came. He had no idea what he was doing. Again I said if you can't do it I will call someone else. He continued with someone on the phone talking him through it! After a bit he said it needed a part that he couldn't get until Monday and this was Saturday. So I waited finally I called to see what was taking so long! I found out on my own that he had taken off on Monday and maybe Tuesday too and then on Thursday he showed up. Put the part on then checked the Freon and said it needed 5lbs. Which most likely is what it needed to start with. So after spending over 800.00 dollars one week later it is messed up again. So they send the same incompetent person out. Now it's something totally different. Well I think he didn't know what he was doing and he should have just not ever worked on it to start with because I believe whatever he did is the problem. I could be wrong but from what he already previously showed me, I could be right. I have used them before without a problem, but he does however represent them and so does the call service that dropped the ball in the first place!

This was our first time dealing with this company and it won't be our last! Daniel was extremely nice and very professional. He answered all of our questions and helped us with our cause for the service call. In a time where customer service is in need of electric shock treatment, this company seems to care about their customers! I'd give them 10 stars if I could! By the way, we really liked Travis too!!!!!
