We had 2 light fixtures that needed the ballasts bypassed which takes 10 minutes per fixture. Was told by workers that there was an hour minimum (which is understandable), but I couldn't actually use the full hour because according to one of the workers ""the workday ends in 30 minutes."" A few days later when I received the invoice, they had tried to charge us for 1.5 hours even though they'd only spent 15 minutes actually working. Complained to the company and they apologized profusely assuring me that that isn't how they normally operate. Apologies are nice, but if they really don't normally operate like that, then they should have given us more of a discount than 10%. For us, this company ended up being more trouble than they were worth.

Albritton not only provides high quality electrical work but their customer service is outstanding.

The first job they did for us was upgrading our garage light from halogen to LEDs and replacing a flood light that malfunctioned and was replaced 3 different times by another electrical company in town. They took care of that with ease so we hired them for a second gig. Same professionalism. Same exceptional work.

I even had a matter I had to discuss with them after the initial job and they straightened me right out with no issues. Clay, Brandon, the ladies who answered the phone and the electricians who completed the orders.....they all treated me so well. I'd recommend Albritton to anyone.

We moved into a new home and needed 2 chandeliers hung and some wifi enabled switches installed. I scheduled an appointment very easily over the phone. The chandeliers were hung with attention to detail. Albritton's electrician ensured symmetry of the globes. These were unique in that everyone - contractors and subs - have remarked that they have never seen these before. All in all, the install was expertly performed. They also made sure all finger prints and smudges were cleaned. I will call Albritton for anything electrical going forward. We were extremely happy with the service they performed - Thanks!!

came out the Sunday after Christmas. We had no heat or water due to an electrical problem. Fixed it in no time. That's why we have used them over and over- best service given by friendly people who know what they' re doing!!!!!

Have installed fans, electrical sockets, garbage disposal hookups, security lights etc. for me and have always done an excellent job. I will continue to use them, I have 3 houses by the way and have had contact with many different contractors.

A large tree limb fell onto the power line which in turn caused the conduits(?) of six homes, including mine to be pulled out of our roofs. Called Albritton and was transferred to a woman who said ""we're booked"" and she promptly hung up. No ""thanks for calling"". ""Goodbye"" or suggestion of another company. This type of abrasive and rude customer service has consequences. I called another competitor who expressed that they too were booked but offered solutions- come and seal the opening to prevent rain from coming in and ruining our ceilings- and coming out next week to reset the conduit. Turns out to be a good deal for the contractor coming to my home as every neighbor decided to use them. So the competition gets not one- but six homes, side-by-side and the $$$$ that goes with it. Ya rude ya lose!

Outstanding in every way. Showed up, fixed several electrical problems and then installed a whole house generator. Very professional. Followed up after install. Terrific and almost 1/2 the price of another electrician in town. If you need an honest, very competent and well priced electrician, you won't go wrong with this company.
