I've used Alaska Electric on multiple occasions and they've consistently done a superior job for a reasonable price. Sandice and Kjrsten have replaced faulty outlets and light switches, they've installed new additional outlets on the exterior of my house, they've corrected potentially hazardous wiring, and they've installed LED light fixtures in my garage. Their communication is by far the best I've ever experienced from any contractor and/or service provider in Big Bear. Unfortunately timely communication (or any communication for that matter) is sorely lacking with many contractors on the mountain, but this is definitely not the case with Alaska Electric. Sandice and Kjrsten really know their stuff, and they work efficiently and safely. They've become my electricians of choice, and I'll definitely be calling on them again in the future for any electrical issues. Highly recommended.

Alaska Electric is AMAZING! Their communication is outstanding and is only usurped by their incredible work. They can literally do it all. We had them install dimmer switches, new light fixtures, added electrical outlets inside and outside the home, added wired security cameras and rerouted electrical for a new washer and dryer. They are friendly, cleaned up after themselves and completed the work in less time than expected. Their rates are fair and the work was thorough yet speedy while making safety a priority. Plus, they made excellent recommendations for other tradespeople in the area. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
