called to cancel a service call my warranty company set up. no answer on the phone. Left a voicemail 30 minutes before they were to be here. called my warranty they called and spoke to Veronica who told them the service tech was ""around the corner from my house"" so they would Not be able to cancel. When I spoke to Veronica she said at the time she spoke to them he was on 46 which is actually miles from my house. These people are liars and cheats do not use them.
