We had electrical issues that needed immediate attention after purchasing a new home. Francisco was genuine , honest and very helpful in explaining everything he uncovered and provided the best solutions. Having an older Alameda home , it was important to use someone who was very knowledgeable and familiar with the older homes common to our area. Francisco did not disappoint. Our bathroom exhaust fan finally died and we had to get it replaced. Francisco and his team to the rescue! They were quick to schedule, arrived on time, provided a timely quote, and started working right away. They found a great replacement, and worked within a challenging cramped space to install the new fan. When a complication came up (due to the existing wiring, not AO's fault) Francisco and his team had a can-do attitude and wasted no time finding solutions and worked quickly.They left the work area clean and neat, and were respectful and courteous throughout the project. I'm very happy with their services and would definitely hire AO for any future electrical work.

A handyman changed wiring on a thermostat, which connected to 2 heaters. After that both heaters cannot be turn on by the thermostat. I have contacted many both HVAC and electrician, many of them just don't know what to do. Many of them just want me to schedule a service call of anywhere from $69 to $200. After I explain what happened then said they don't provided such service. ( I am glad that I did not have service calls, which could waste a lot of money just to know they cannot fix it.) Francisco, first told me that first we will need to troubleshoot the wiring as there are 6 pairs of wires come out the wall but only two pairs for thermostat. and that could be simple or complicated. I was gun shy about opening a blank check. Because he was working close to where we are, so he swing by to make sure it was wiring issue before working on it. It is wiring issue. There is no schematic, but he figure out correct wiring and get the system fixed. He is honest, responsive and take pride on what he does. I highly recommend him. If you are looking for a solution to your electrical issue, he is your man! If he can figure out correct wirings amount these unlabeled 6 pairs wiring without schematic, he should be able to troubleshoot most electrical issues. I am so glad I found him to do my task! Will definitely use him again.

I wanted to replace a bathroom fan and separate ceiling light in a 50 year old townhouse. After leaving an email over the weekend Francisco contacted me first thing Monday morning. He and Juan Carlos arrived a few days later at exactly the time we arranged. Both are a combination of friendly and professional. Juan Carlos was able to handle the job beautifully.
