I have had several fantastic experiences with Alameda Oakland Electrical. They were always communicative, prompt and respectful while working on our projects. We've had them troubleshoot old wiring, install new circuits with gfci, and install nest cameras. Their prices are reasonable and they never try to upsell on hardware or services. I plan to work with them on future projects.

Me & my husband have been dealing with weird power fluctuation issues in our house for a while, it's an old house that had some questionable maintenance and upgrades in the past. We've had a few electricians around to do work, but nothing ever seemed to fix the underlying issue.

Francisco was able to diagnose a serious problem within 30 minutes of being at our house, which other electricians should have been able to see. It took a little while to get done, but that's just the nature of dealing with Oakland/PG&E. Francisco came over even when work was delayed due to weather conditions (PG&E delay) to get some work done before the final fix to speed things up.

My biggest worry was that dealing with this subpanel (which we 100% had to deal with regardless) wasn't going to fix our overarching power fluctuation issues, but we've had no problems with it since! After living with it for four years we finally found someone who was able to diagnose and fix the problem and I can run my toaster oven without all the lights in my house flickering as if we have ghosts. Super happy with the work done (they also cleaned up a mess of old wires and conduits that were driving us crazy). Definitely worth the money spent to have some peace of mind our power issues are fixed.

Also was lucky enough to meet Francisco's very cute dog that waited with him for PG&E in his car. 10/10 would hire again.

I recently had the pleasure to work with Francisco from Alameda Oakland Electrical after researching electricians online. As you can see here, his reviews are outstanding. I am super picky about my contractors. I want someone who is knowledgeable, professional, communicates, respectful, friendly, on time, and reasonable. Let me say, ""CHECK, CHECK, CHECK, CHECK, CHECK, CHECK""!!!!! He even arrived early. WOOT! WOOT! Francisco walked me through the process, and all was resolved in record time. EASY PEASY! He is definitely a ""diamond"" in the rough. I really felt like part of the family than his client. If you are looking for a good electrician, Francisco will not disappoint. He really is the BOMBDIGGITY! His assistant, MJ, was an added bonus in setting up my appointment and answering all my questions. She was upbeat, friendly, and professional. Francisco is the Man! He is super knowledgeable and very professional. He was able to come out and help us redo some lights that our original contractor messed up. Not only that he was able to help us with a few other things around the house... circuit breaker, door bells, etc.
