If I could give 10 stars I would! My mother had a wall of outlets randomly go out in her room. She had an ""electrican"" come out who couldn't find anything. I immediately called Frankie and he was out the next day! Found the issue and came right back to finish the job! He was so respectful and honest about the issues he discovered. I'd like to think he saved my mom's life as the wire was burning up behind the wall and the breaker never kicked! It's pretty rare to find someone who actually cares about their customers and not just making money and on to the next. We highly recommend Frankie! It's so hard to find knowledgeable, trustworthy and affordable trades people these days which makes me so thankful I found Francisco. I was doing some remodeling of my home and attempted to do the electrical too. Why not! Well that was a bad idea. I ended up with wires hanging from the wall, caps and electrical tape everywhere along with missing plugs and plates. It was chaos. I found Francisco through and gave him a shot.

He showed up, checked the situation out, came down dripping sweat and covered in insulation and gave me the bad news. I knew it was going to be a lot of work but he walked me through everything that needed to be done and gave me what I thought was a more than fair price. I really appreciated his commitment and friendliness. I approved the job and he showed up the next week on time and hit the ground running.

The entire day went by and Francisco did not stop. He had the parts needed and absolutely knocked my headache of a project out the park! Everything was completed on time, within budget and cleaner than when he showed up. I can't thank you enough for for helping me out in a pinch!

I used the ""Yelp - Request a quote"" feature and Alameda Oakland Electrical was one of the responders. I met Francisco during the inspection/quote stage and he was a friendly, knowledgeable, and also grew up in the Bay. He even fixed a bad light switch within minutes without any charge using his own parts! His quote was very reasonable, and through various emails and texts we finalized the work date and details.

Francisco arrived as scheduled, greeted my ferocious dogs with love, and completed the job without any issues (addition of GCFI plugs on the 2nd story bathrooms). All in all, it was a painless experience from quote to finish and an enjoyable time with Francisco in the house. An easy recommendation from me and more quotes to come for sure!

I need a replacement for a motion sensor that controlled the exterior security lights. I initially contacted them at 5 pm and by 6 pm the motion sensor was replaced. . Alameda Oakland Electrical is knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and just pleasant to work with. The electricity in my bathroom went out the other day, so I called Francisco. I told him what was going on and he came by the next day. He had great communication and showed up right on time. When he got here, I showed him where the problem was and he literally came in and fixed within 2 minutes and didn't charge me anything. He told me clearly how to fix it over the phone but for some reason I thought he meant something else. All I had to do was push the reset button on the outlet lol (I'm an idiot). He was extremely honest and he didn't even charge me a fee for wasting his time and gas. I have worked work with all kinds of repair people that will try and squeeze money out of you just to look at the problem. Francisco is all about integrity and if I ever have a real problem or know someone that needs an electrician he will be my first recommendation.
