I am extremely unhappy with the service or lack there of received from this company. Mahmood and I had an appointment on 3/5 at 3 pm. No call and no show. He called me back on Tuesday 3/8 to apologize and ask to give him another chance. I agreed so we reschedule for today, Thursday 3/10 at 9 am. It is currently 9:33 am and I am waiting for him. Once again a no call, no show. I would never use his services again nor would I recommend him to anyone.

Al Faiz electric installed 10 can lights in our home and hung a pendant over the sink for us. I watched most the entire process and they were very careful in the planning to make sure they got it just like we wanted it despite some challenges with the cross beams. It was a messy job with all the sheetrock cuts and insulation but I felt they did their best to protect our furniture and leave the job site cleaned. All their hard work is much appreciated and my wife is already planning the next project we'll be calling them out for. Price was very reasonable for the work and competitive with multiple other bids I received.

I don't feel like the negative review I read on Yelp is reflective of the experience I had in any way. The guys were very willing to do whatever we wanted despite us adding on a few items once the project commenced and gave us am invoice at completion with receipts for all materials purchased. Great work!

To make things worse, I can't even get this guy to send me an invoice for the cash I paid him for the job he couldn't do. I have been calling him for over a month and he won't even return my calls. This company is a total scam. Do not use them!!!
