In November 2015 Adam Johnson installed a Generac 22kw generator at our house. We purchased a maintenance agreement that has not been fulfilled. I have tried contacting Adam several times and he will not return any calls. He doesn't come service his work and hasn't given us a refund. After Hurricane Matthew he wouldn't even come out to fix our generator and now after Hurricane Irma he doesn't even have the professionalism to call us back. I will never recommend this company and have complained to Gererac. DO NOT use AJ's Generators, there are far more reputable companies that can do a better job and can be trusted . I wouldn't even have given him one star, but that was the lowest I could give to write a review.

Do not do business with this man ! I bought a Generator and was going to install it myself with people known in this field but didn't have the time to pull the permit. Called mister Johnson who assured me he would take care of it. Months later I had to go and pull the permit making drawings of electrical and gas pipes plus plot and house layout. The electrician did fine work on installing unit. So paid him the money agreed upon minus permit fee and some time. Month later the electrician calls to say he wasn't paid. this went on for months Johnson claiming he paid the other claiming he didn't .Finally Johnson promised he would get his lawyer on it as said many times before. didn't hear from anyone for months thought the issue was resolved! Months later received summons to appear in court by electrician' Back and forth again with Johnson ""I'll take care it "" fed-up with the aggravation saddled with electrician. Johnson is not the person to hire!!!!

I have a portable generator that just would not start, so I looked up generator repair in Deltona, AJs Generators showed up so I gave them a call. I explained the symptoms and they said it was one of two things.
Adam asked if I was home, which I was, so he drove out to my house picked up the generator, and he told me portables take a few days, it's kinda when we can get to them... I said no rush we don't have any storms in the news.
3 hours later he calls me back and asked if I was home. I was, so he tells me your generator is finished id like to drop it off.
I was amazed at how fast they are, and door to door service.
He told me he realizes that his customers pays his bills so always wants to take care of them.
Wish all businesses thought that way. Thanks AJs
