Called Tony and left a message to get a quote to run a new circuit and outlet for 2 new garage door openers and another circuit for additional garage outlets. Tony replied back in a timely manner and let me know he was very busy but would see if he could stop by in between jobs to take a look. The house is a second home and I have a coded key box so I gave Tony code. Tony stopped by about three days later, we discussed the job in more detail on the phone and he sent me a written estimate the following day. The estimate was reasonable so I told him to put me on the schedule. Tony let me know he was booked about 3 weeks out and would let me know when he was coming. About a week and a half later, Tony had a cancellation and called me to do the job. Tony completed the job the same day and left the jobsite clean. Communication was great and the job was done professionally. Tony gets it, that customers appreciate good, consistent and on-going communication as well as honesty about being busy, scheduling and time to complete the job.
