Highly recommend! Jamie took my call and our schedules would not work immediately but I requested a call if an earlier time would work. There was a cancel same day I called and Jamie arrived within 2 hours, diagnosed issue, picked up required parts and job was complete within the hour. The work was explained for an electrical novice. As a result of the great service I plan to use Jamie for our future EV installation.

Had the best experience with AJ Electric and highly recommend them for your electrical services! Andrew the proprietor was absolutely fantastic. He was able to help me diagnose an issue that I've paid a couple other electricians to ""fix"" problem, just for the same issue to come back. Andrew however knew quickly what the issue was and fixed it! Not just for the time being but for good! Haven't had an issue again.
Since, I have called him on a few other items in my house, and has been nothing but professional and fair with each service.
I've paid less, but every time, I got less.

Just found out he does both residential and commercial. My business is about to add an addition and AJ Electric is absolutely who I'm going with. Not making the same mistake I did at home using other companies that may bid a little less. I'm going with Andrew because not only are his quotes fair every time, but the work is right every time! Had to pass this along. Definitely worth giving Andrew a call.

I had a small electrical job that many electricians in San Francisco wouldn't have bothered to come out for (or so I was told by one, cue eye roll), so I was thrilled when Jamie said she could help. We scheduled her visit for one week out (this was not emergent or pressing, which I conveyed to her), and she texted the day of to confirm and give me an ETA which I *so* appreciated. Beyond doing a great job, she was friendly to me and my toddler who was very curious about the work she was doing. And gave me a lower price than what she'd quoted on the phone ""because it was an easy job""! I am thrilled to have a go-to electrician now and would happily recommend AJ Electric to anyone.

I have communicated with John through Yelp messaging to come for an estimate. We have agreed upon the time and I have sent him the address in a text message. He confirmed receiving it. And then he disappeared. He did not return my text message or phone call, and he did not show up at the appointed time. My time was wasted. It was very important that I get an electrician for that particular time. If John would cancel in advance, I could have secured someone else. However, he does not mind wasting people's time.

Couldn't have been happier with my experience with Jamie at AJ Electric. She saved me so much on my job! So happy to now have an experienced electrician I can trust.

I needed 3 electric wall heaters and 2 thermostats installed, with me supplying the replacements. I got quotes from ~10 electricians in San Francisco and AJ was by far the most competitive. When Jamie was here she figured out that the only one of the heaters and both thermostats needed replacing. So I was able to return the two heaters I didn't use. I also asked her about a lighting fixture that was giving me issues. This wasn't part of my original ask, but she had the parts needed in her tool belt and fixed it on the spot! She could have easily charged me for my initial quote and more for the lighting fixture replacement, but since the job took less time, she charged me less! She also explained everything to me :) Thank you Jamie!

Great experience... Jamie showed up on time....fixed all the electrical issues (previous wiring was incorrect) and also recommended the appropriate switches to ensure I could control my lights through a wireless app.....highly recommended!!
