Boss man almost crashed into me twice in his van. Probably decent AC service but don't get near their vans. Buddy was willing to put his safety and my kid in the backseat's safety in danger just because he had to shit. I called to report the van driver and the boss called us to ""get our story"" then started screaming that he was the driver and got really emotional because he couldn't just admit his wrong doings. Non stop cussing over the phone. Doesn't seem very professional. Next time I'll be calling the police for endangerment instead of just the company. Maybe look into anger management classes hun. Muah

I was DREADING getting a new AC unit put in my home. My home is old and the unit was the original AC unit. I was so worried that the technicians would have issues putting the unit in. BUT NO! Brian, Manny and Mike were fantastic! They installed a new AC unit with no issues even though there really WERE issues. They didn't complain to me about little things like another company might do. They did the extra work without even expecting praise! ( like moving the garage sink over for the unit to fit or changing sizes of openings in order to make it work) Very Very good work guys. David the head technician was also fantastic because he kindly kept my AC unit running with cold air and in tact while I waited for the AC unit to come in ( about 2 - 3 weeks ) Thank you so much Airprompt

Kudos to AirPrompt of New Port Richey on repair of our central A/C unit! That lightning storm on Saturday apparently knocked out the capacitor in the compressor. I called at 8am this morning, tech CJ was out before 10am as promised and he diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. We are cool once again! We also signed up for their twice annual preventive maintenance service, very reasonably priced. Very professional, efficient and friendly service. Thank you! 1-727-844-7893

Excellent Installation. I called for an estimate to have my Heating/Air Condition System replaced due to the age of the old system. The owner John came out and explained to me exactly what they had to do and gave me a the best price of three quotes that I received. I called John back to schedule the installation and he told me his men would arrive at 9:30am and that it would take all day to complete. Well, today at 9:30 sharp his men arrived. They did a lot of excellent clean work and removed all of their trash. They completed the job and left a couple of minutes before 5. If you are in need of Air Conditioning work and want reasonable fair prices and excellent workmanship, call these guys.

I called at 11 am .They were here in less then 2 hours. It took a while but Charles found what was wrong and fixed it within a hour. He clean the compressor to help us and help him find the problem. We are Senior Citizens and he fixed the problem . He Didn't try to make us get a new AC or Anything else. I would trust this Company the come quickly and our honest with their billing.
