Airco undercut the five other quotes I received as they are locally owned in Round Rock. They only charged $65 for a diagnostic fee which was waived if you proceeded with services.

Jon Paul did a good job crawling into our attic, chemically treated the drain, emptied the pan, and flushed it out. He even set a bottle of vinegar, that I had given him, in the attic for the next technician to come next year. I paid $379 for them to maintain and flush out all the water.

I plan on hiring them for their maintenance plan of $180 annually, which also undercuts the five other quotes I received.

We got a notice from Austin Water that we had a continuous flow, suggesting a leak. We checked all the faucets, outside spigots, and grounds for any sign of a leak - couldn't find anything. Austin Water technician [very nice and proessional guy] tested the company's meter, showed what he was doing, and verifired that there was a leak on our property.

We called AIRCO, that had done a splendid job last July on a totally separaqte issue. Plumber Technician Cesar Contreras was here within hours - tested our system, located the leak [under the slab !!!], and gave us a bid that was less than we expected.

It took two days to complete the job but it is all fixed and seems to be working perfectly. We're in an old house and I'll keep AIRCO's telephone number handy. Good Work, Cesar and AIRCO.

Dave F. from Airco plumbing did an excellent job of repairing our tankles water heater. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Best of all he was courteous, friendly and took the time to explain his findings. He far exceeded expectations.

My AC stopped cooling late yesterday evening, this morning I called Airco at 8am and set an appointment I was told to expect a call an hour before the service person arrived and that would happen between 1pm and 7pm today.
It's now after 7pm No call, no update, no email. Been hanging out all day at home attached to my phone.

I'm changing this review to 5 star and here is why.
Wes called me yesterday evening he told me that he wanted to set things right and what happened to me should have never happen. He sent out a technician that evening, he took charge and root caused the issue and is pursuing possible warranty repair.

Standing up and doing the right thing says much about a person or business.

Wes and his crew at Airco have earned my business.

Jeremy from AIRCO was open and honest regarding his diagnosis of our problem. He offered options to remedy the situation and when our Home Warranty Co wanted an alternate fix he agreed but also laid out the problem with our Home Warranty Co's fix. Then, Jeremy went out of his way to fix our problem and get our AC back on line.
BTW, the options he presented appeared to be competitive.
