Our HVAC system stopped cooling late in the day. I contacted Airco and they came out within a few hours. I was worried we would have to wait until the next day but they fit me in with no problem! Martin was our service technician. He was extremely professional and did a great job fixing the problem. He went above and beyond to make sure my family had a cool home to rest comfortably in. I will make sure I ask for Martin next time we have any issues with our system.

This is the second time we had an issue with our AC system and, just like the first time, AirCo came to our rescue.

We called late in the evening on a weekend and Martin responded the very next afternoon. Their techs always let us know when they were en route and go quickly about diagnosing the issue.

What we really appreciate is the time they take to explain the issue and go over our options. We never felt pressured into accepting the most extensive/expensive repair if another option was possible. It's easy to trust their recommendations because of the confidence their techs have when diagnosing- we never feel like we're being taken advantage of. They even showed us some helpful tips to run and maintain our system more efficiently so our machine lasts longer.

They clearly care about what is best for their customers. AirCo is one of those rare companies that put people over profit and once again they have put in the work to deserve our loyalty as our go-to solution for HVAC needs.

Jeremy was super helpful, knowledgable, and kind! I made an appointment online, and received a callback within 10 mins and they were able to schedule Jeremy to come out the same day. Absolute stellar customer service. I would not hesitate to call Airco for any of my AC needs in the future!

Had an A/C issue crop up overnight, called them in the morning and they had Tony out here within 2.5 hours. He looked over my system and tested it thoroughly. Couldn't actually find any problems, and it is working again, so he told me what to look for. $65 for a service call and some peace of mind. Tony explained everything clearly and was both friendly and knowledgeable.

Airco installed a new HVAC system for me and I'm glad I chose them. They helped me chose the right system and their customer service is beyond great. We had some bumps along the way with the install but they immediately addressed everything and were genuinely interested in making sure I was happy with the outcome. My air conditioner stopped working on a very hot day. I checked the Yelp reviews and from the reviews this company was close and appeared to be very qualified. My current unit is a bit old and I was afraid I would need a total replacement. Jeramy came out and diagnosed, fixed and explained not only my current problem but also areas of concern I should address soon but did not need immediate repairs. In addition, he thankfully warned me of possible price increases in the new year on new units. While I did not need a whole replacement now, I will definitely be contacting Airco again before the year end to do so. Thank you Jeramy and Airco! Great job!!

June 2022 (Austin, Texas) Airco saved us. Jeremy specifically. We were coming into the massive heat wave recently here in Austin and of course our AC went out. We couldn't get a hold of anyone - emergency or otherwise - every company just ignored my repeated attempts and voicemails for a service call. We lost faith.

Jeremy, at 9pm at night, called me back and said he had no one to send but he'd do it himself - just as he was settling in on his couch that night. I couldn't believe. He drove about 1 hour each way that night and did his best to troubleshoot. Unfortunately, we needed a part to fix.

He prioritized us the next day and secured the part. Still didn't fix it. He continued troubleshooting which proved to be a really tricky, hard issue on our system. He figured it out and on Day 3 brought the next part needed. Again, prioritized us. It was about 120* in the attic but he worked almost 3 days straight to get it done knowing we had a toddler and an elderly person in the home. It was amazing customer service and his level of knowledge and detail was excellent. My wife and I are forever grateful and we are now long term customers of Airco as we purchased a maintenance plan as well from them. Thank you thank you thank you.

Our AC failed to start. I called on Saturday morning. Jeremy showed up in front of the door within 1 hour. Very quickly he figured out it was due to a faulty dual capacity and fixed it. He is knowledgeable.

I called Airco at 7pm on a Tuesday, and within 10 minutes Tony P. was at my house ready to assess the situation. He was very professional and walked me through the issue and fix. He answered all my questions, and I appreciated how upfront he was about pricing and the different options I had. I will definitely be using Airco again!

My AC stopped working in the middle of a 95 degree day. I was worried because, of course, it was 4:50pm and I needed to call someone to come take a look. They sent someone out within 24 hours, and the technician had the AC back up and running in 20 minutes. He really took the time to explain the problem and some home care solutions in maintaining the system. I will be keeping their number and will call them in the future!
