Kenny L.My house AC Zone Control have some issues, and asked for a technician to come to do diagnostic of it.
The technician very quickly found out the issue and because it is just a simple screw didn't get tightened and he did the easy fix for me without extra charge! And the AC zone control is working now!
Great service and very professional!
And the technician also wear mask and shoots cover when he entered my house, which is a huge bonus for us!

I was out of town and came home Sunday afternoon to a hot house and my AC not cooling. I called Airco and the technician Tony was at my house within 15 minutes. Within 45 minutes of arriving to a hot house, Tony fixed the issue. Highly recommend.

Gary H.My AC went out over the holiday weekend, and it had just started to get warm enough here in May where I was concerned. AirCo responded to my request and had a technician out that Sunday. He diagnosed the issue quickly and replaced the busted capacitor. Very pleased with the speed that this issue was taken care of (and happy it didn't turn out to be anything worse than a dead capacitor).
Very pleased that AirCo took care of my issue not only on a Sunday, but on a holiday weekend Sunday.
Info: Our house is a 2400sqft, two story with two bedrooms upstairs.
We used AirCo to replace an entire system in 2018. It included a 4 ton unit, and new heater, etc.
The previous system was a dual zone, and we got a single zone, the thermostat upstairs is not connected to anything. Since that time, if you go upstairs in the summer, half way up the stairs you start to feel the huge temp difference. I think I checked and it was more than 15 degrees different.
The kids rooms were like saunas.
Jump forward 3 years, we did a major house remodel, and one of the things we knew we had to fix was that issue, so we called AirCo who did the original work in 2018.
Person was prompt, no issues until he said the problem is that we are a Single zone vs a Dual zone. Hmmm, ok. Because we have no choice, we can't let this temp differential continue. So we asked what would have to be done to make it a dual zone again. The tech that came out looked at the inside and outside units, peeked up in the attic, etc..
We we were told we had the to add another zone -- we were asking ourselves, ""Why did you sell and install what you did"", but didn't say anything at that point, we just waited for the final estimate. The tech came back inside and said we need to replace everything to create a dual zone system, and another thermostat. (The bomb). We got quoted $17k to replace everything to get to where we needed to be. I don't think either one of us could say anything. I asked why does the main units need to be replaced, and was told that was the only way to get dual zone. ""What about all the equipment we bought 3 years ago?."" Can't be used.
He left and we were like WTH.
We just had another company come out -- they clean our drain pipe, and gave us a rough estimate of no more than $3-3.5k to replace all the ducting in the attic and create a dual zone system with two thermostats controlling two different plenums, and everything should be find then as it's like having to units.
That was the most egregious thing... It's like the car buying stories -- throw out high numbers to see if you would bite.

Wow! How refreshing to have an honest A/C person at our house today. I've used many different companies over the years, this is the first time someone told me you can fix this a lot cheaper by ordering the part yourself. instead of trying to up sell the problem like most companies.
Highly recommend Robert and he will now be on my speed dial for future issues.
During the recent freezing weather our heat pump froze. I called Airco early one morning and they said they would have a technician right out. Sure enough as soon as the roads opened Robert appeared at our door
He diagnosed our problem, got the heat pump working and showed us how to manage the heat situation. Before he left, Robert changed filters and made sure we were ready for the coming storm. And all at no cost because we have an Airco maintenance agreement. Excellent service by Airco and Robert.
Even though I had a problem with a technician, I want to say that this company truly cares about its customers. As soon as I brought up my concern to management, they really went out of their way to make things right. I will give them another chance next time something happens to my a/c unit.
Our tech Tony was a stand up kinda of guy. He came in and within a minute had figured out my issue. Tony was on time, very professional, and also very informative. He was in and out within 15-20 minutes, our problem was fixed. Tony offered me suggestions for our new unit that we purchased from
Airco. Whenever you call Airco, request Tony as your tech, you will be very pleased with his outstanding customer Service . Thanks Airco for employing such a nice young man Tony. He represented your company in a very professional manner.
Prompt response with excellent service by Robert Morales. He showed us what we needed and explained why we needed it. He explained why we did not need other services at this time. The cost was most reasonable for the services we needed. I will always call Airco and ask for Robert as our technician. I trust him and Airco.
