During the recent freezing weather our heat pump froze. I called Airco early one morning and they said they would have a technician right out. Sure enough as soon as the roads opened Robert appeared at our door
He diagnosed our problem, got the heat pump working and showed us how to manage the heat situation. Before he left, Robert changed filters and made sure we were ready for the coming storm. And all at no cost because we have an Airco maintenance agreement. Excellent service by Airco and Robert.

Even though I had a problem with a technician, I want to say that this company truly cares about its customers. As soon as I brought up my concern to management, they really went out of their way to make things right. I will give them another chance next time something happens to my a/c unit.

Our tech Tony was a stand up kinda of guy. He came in and within a minute had figured out my issue. Tony was on time, very professional, and also very informative. He was in and out within 15-20 minutes, our problem was fixed. Tony offered me suggestions for our new unit that we purchased from

The cost was most reasonable for the services we needed. I will always call Airco and ask for Robert as our technician. I trust him and Airco.

Last week we noticed we were in need of a serious A/C repair. We heard of Airco's prompt service from friends and family and sure enough they were on top of it! In less than 24 hrs, they diagnosed and installed a brand new unit! Rudy and the crew were awesome in getting everything lined up. They made us feel like appreciated customers. Thanks to the folks at Airco for taking care of the problem in LESS THAN A DAY! Really impressed with Airco (Rudy and the installation crew specifically). They were professional, and explained things in detail when we asked. Awesome service!

Declined to service me. Stuck with no A/C in the middle of a Texas summer. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Edit: This is the quickest I've edited a review and the only time I've moved a 1 star all the way up to 5 stars, as Airco rightfully earned it. I cannot thank Jeremy enough for reaching out and doing everything he had to, including coming to my home on a Sunday during a holiday weekend, to get my a/c back up and running. I'm not exactly sure what happened with the first technician I dealt with, but I must give credit where it's due when a company is this committed to making things right.

What a fine job done by Airco! Wes organized the appointment per our convenience. Tony called in the morning prior to the appt to give heads up on his arrival time. He came to the unit and figured out the issue with capacitor right way. This was fixed within 20 minutes. Professional service for a reasonable rate. I highly recommend Airco.

Tony took the time to listen to us. I mean really ""listen"" to us regarding the issues we were experiencing with the AC.
