Rating should be a sixth of a star. I live in Atlanta, but own a house in Port Charlotte FL, currently used as a rental. Air Technicians Inc was referred for repairs identified by a house inspection. While they did do the basic electrical panel work and ductwork, it took tremendous effort on our part to get him to do the work. They were contacted in NOVEMBER 2020.. many months later, they finally did 2/3 of the job. The last remaining job was replacing the cap/pipe on the roof that the electrical lines from Florida Power and Light originate. This requires coordination with the power company. Starting in January, we contacted John (owner?) at Air Technicians .. he kept promising to submit request to the power company... never did. Last month, when we asked him the status, he replied, 'Florida Power and light has been bought by another company' and he couldn't schedule a visit. This is a bald faced lie. Today (21 April) when we called again, inquiring about the promised 'Letter of Intent' (promised 3 months ago) .. he had no answer other than he has been busy. We pressed him about Florida Power & Light being sold, telling him we KNOW for a fact it wasn't true. HE WENT BALLISTIC and hung up on us. Now we have to find another contractor. I would NEVER recommend his services!
