Ben arrived on time, and very courteous. He diagnosed the problem with our AC and even had the part available to make the repair. He also fixed a huge issue with my AC Unit on the second level and helped me to find the proper solution. The company was very accomodating with apt times as well. Would use them again.

Worst experience I've ever had. They brought out a young technician (Ivan) who stated to me that he was still new on the job and did not know much. After his visit, our A/C completely stopped working. We called the company repeatedly until they answered 7 days later! The lady I spoke to for services was very rude and when I would asked questions, I would get snarky answers and followed up by hanging up the phone in my face. Save yourself the headache and don't go with this company they are terrible!

They are a terrible company. I have a special needs son. They came to my house 3 times to change parts and the fan is not blowing like before. I called them back and they gave many excuses for why they could not fix my air conditioner. They left the house a mess and Also they called me names for complaining that the fan not working. They told me good luck finding another company because they said I was hostile just because I ask to stay longer so they can see the motor don't stop and air not come out.
ONE MONTHS WAITING THIS MONEY-SUCKER COMPANY AND NOTHING!!!!!!!!

Our AC suddenly stopped turning on in the middle of the California Heat Wave. We contacted our home warranty company, who assigned us a service provider and said they would schedule us in 24 hours. 24 hours later, we were told to wait two weeks for service in 100+ heat with an infant in the home. That was not going to be okay.

I reached back out to my home warranty company and explained the situation, then asked for a new HVAC company to be assigned to our claim.

Thankfully, we were immediately reassigned to AMHSI. They contacted us within the next day and had a technician on-site within 24 hours. Our technician was kind, patient, and even apologetic for taking ""so long"" to get to us. He fixed our AC without any issue, explained every step he took, and even stayed longer to make absolutely sure we would have cool air and a safe home.

I will give them negative stars if I could.

Try calling them and requesting service. It takes multiple attempts over a few days to get someone on a line. Their website airmedic.pro provides a 'book now' option. That directs you to a contact us form which they do not respond to (3 days and counting as of now). I

Why am I waiting for them? Well, I have a home warranty with American home shield and these unprofessional pros are contracted with AHS.

I will take this up with AHS too, but I just cannot understand how they are rated 4+ on yelp?

Maybe the good reviews are fake?

Stay away if you can specially if you have a work Order thru Home Warranty company. Most unprofessional, rude and arrogant people at customer service.May be all the technicians are the best people out there but the owners should look into this seriously as people at the front desk are face of your organisation and everybody has to go thru them. The lady at the front desk hung up on me. I thought may be call dropped or she hung up by accident. I called the office again and she was very proud to say it was intentional and she hung up on me second time. Now let me elaborate on the reason of my call. According to her, the work order she received had only one issue on it whereas I had called in for 5 different plumbing issues. Although she noted down all the issues, I was told they cannot take care of more than three in one visit unless I call the Home Warranty company and they send another order, which I thought was the right way to proceed. She wanted to schedule for 3 issues, which I didn't agree to. FYI, I am in Yuba city, and they had to come all the way from Rancho Cardova and that was the only reason for me to say no as I didn't want them coming back second time(which was just for their benefit), but she hung up on me. And when you know the customer is calling back, there is no way in the world you should ever say it was intentional even if it was. That's the worst thing you can do for your business or the owner .May be there are different standards of service for people who are from Home Warranty and their direct customers....

I had AMHS come out for a warranty covered service recently and I would highly recommend them. My technician was David and he was quick to problem solve, cautious of his surroundings, and cleaned up everything once he finished. I think he was there less than an hour and was able to fix my heater even though he didn't have experience with the exact type that I had. He also was able to explain the problem to me so in the future I could feel comfortable fixing myself or checking it out on my own. Thanks for all your help, David! Go Raiders!

A claim was submitted using our home warranty on 9/11/23 and Ben came out on 9/13/23. our upstairs zone was not blowing at all when the claim was submitted so we turned the zone off. Ben inspected everything and turned on the thermostat and it worked. No issues were found. He left his card and said if it happens again to call as the claim is open for 30 days. The zone stopped working again on 9/20 so a call was made on 9/21 for them to come out again. They were able to come out on 9/25. Again, no issues were found and it was working. I stated that I did not handle heat well, that my son had just had surgery and sweating was not good for his recovery and that we were told that the claim was valid for 30 days so if it went out again I would of course call again. This was snickered at and then discussed by the technician on speaker phone in my attic. I didn't hear the entire conversation but what I did over hear was that they would have their owner handle me and just not come back. The technician was polite and tried to find the issue. When it was all said and done he said he could not find any issue but parts were being ordered, another work order would be submitted to my home warranty and I believe Troy would be in contact with me by Wednesday, 9/27. It is now 10/9 and I have yet to get a phone call or an update. My husband had to leave work early two days for this to be handled. We didn't file a claim, pay the deductible and have them come out twice for the fun of it. Super frustrating and just when we hoped to find a reputable company that was honest we are let down once again.
