AirMedic came to the rescue! My ac unit went out in the middle of a heat wave. The owner Troy was dispatched to me from American Home Shield (AHS) as a second opinion. The first dispatch added freon and did not fix the problem. Troy evaluated the problem and stated that the repairs we not cost effective. He contacted AHS and put in a work order for a new ac unit. Of course AHS was reluctant to replace an old ac unit, but Troy was persistent and in the end received approval to replace my ac unit. Troy and his crew were over two days later and after about 5 hours of replacing my new ac unit and furnace, we had cold air again! To top it off, Troy personally reached out to me me the same afternoon and the next week to make sure everything was working properly. I really could not have asked for better service! I even added him to my contact list for any future repairs and tuneups. Oh..they also are certified in electronic and plumbing. They now have a life long customer! Thank Troy...you and your crew are AMAZING!

Troy was awesome. He came in, was professional and nice. Showed him where the thermostat was and he had the AC blowing cold within twenty minutes. House have been in the high 80's since the beginning of Jun.

Air Medic did an excellent job installing my whole house fan. They were both prompt, professional and did a great job with the installation, cleaning up after themselves. I was most impressed with the teamwork that they displayed. I appreciated that they cleaned up everything when they were finished and made an extra effort to follow-up with me after to make sure it was working as expected.

Couple weeks ago my AC stopped cooling properly and Air Medic came out and got it working properly. Today when I got home, It was 95 degrees in the house. I called Air Medic, because they ALWAYS answer and the tech, Ben, was at my house in 15 mins. He did some magic and it's currently getting cooler. Better still, he said he will be back on Monday to check on everything. They're amazing

Excellent service!!! Highly recommended, if I was able to give more than a five star rating I definitely would. I had trouble with my air conditioning and they were able to respond to our house the same day! They were able to accommodate us and squeeze us into their schedule between jobs! Exceptional service!!! Troy and Ben were the utmost professionals! We found out our air conditioner was not installed correctly. Trash left in our attic previously. They came in and not only took care of the AC , they cleaned up what had been left. AND were quick to schedule. Very thorough and explained in detail the repair and installation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! On a scale of 1-10, they are 100!!
