3 visits and my house still 90 degrees! Tech left knowing job was not complete. They need to hire more techs to have enough time to finish the job. Also, rep who answers phone is nice but don't let it fool you. They gone half step!

If you are having furnace or AC issues I would not recommend Air Medic. We recently bought a new house and we had a home Warranty (Fidelity) so we initially paid $75 service fee and were connected to Air Medic. Our furnace was shutting off after a few mins of running everytime in December and my 11 month old son's room was freezing at night. It took two weeks to get them to the house initially. They couldn't figure out the issue the first visit, had to come back again with a different guy and he switched out one of the boards (I forget which one). He said it was working and that fixed it.
A week later it still wasn't working and doing the exact same thing. I had to fill out another service request to have them come back out. After a week or so they come back and say its a zoning issue and its going to take $1,100 to fix. Warranty company won't pay it (Not Air Medic's fault to be fair) and the warranty company is going to charge me another $75 because Air Medic told them it was a different issue. That was false because it was the exact same issue I initially reported to them. They did the 2nd ""fix"" because Air Medic got the first one wrong.
The final straw for me was Air Medic comes out and finally fixes the issue (this took at least 2 months from start to finish) and before the guys leave he tells me ""hey the zoning issue is fixed and I can feel the heat coming through the vents but when I try it for AC I can't feel cool air coming through. I would recommend filling out another service request to have someone come look at it. I'm not sure if it just needs coolant or if its a bigger issue.""
I was frustrated thinking why can't you check it while you are here, but I did what he said, paid the 3rd $75 fee, waited a week and the warranty company sent out a new AC service company. The guy looks at the AC unit and says its not turning on at all. Let me check the circuit breaker. Oh the circuit breaker is off. So in short, Air Medic turned it off when they were here doing the board fix and zoning issue replacement and forgot to the turn the circuit breaker to the AC unit back on. I got to pay another $75 because of it. Look elsewhere for your needs.

Where do I start, my Air conditioning went out and I called my home warranty co. They Scheduled Air Medic out. Air medic called me scheduled a time for an appointment. Just like that they text me half hour before the appointment , the tech Ryan showed up on time as promised figured out the issue in a timely manor. Parts and labor needed to be approved from the Home warrantee. They handled everything rescheduled me for a return visit now the parts were approved. Once again I get a call from the Tech Ryan half hour prior to arrival. Ryan showed up installed the parts needed and performed a full system check. Ryan made sure my system was good from A to Z. He dedication and commitment to do a great job was from the very beginning and stayed strong through to the end. Ryan is asset to the company. Great company to work with!

We used Air Medic for the first time yesterday. 3/28/22.
They were very friendly and accommodating over the phone,
They had a technician here the day after I called for service. The technician,
Ben was absolutely amazing. He took his time, was very respectful, and even
took pictures on his phone to show me what the issue was with the part that
needed replacing. (our unit is upstairs in the attic)
They kept in contact via text from the appointment confirmation, to
letting me know exactly who to expect, and again when he was on the way.
I very highly recommend Air Medic. You won't be disappointed!

After dealing with a fraudulent south placer heating and air I asked for a second opinion from my home warranty company. Air medic has been amazing they have put bandages on my unit that was installed in 1985 and kept it running. One of those service calls I was asked by David if I wanted a quote on a new unit I was skeptical because the previous company quoted me 12k and informed me my warranty would not cover it. David got me a quote and to my surprise with the warranty coverage I was able to finally afford to replace my unit at a fraction of the cost I was quoted from south placer. Today Ben, David and Ryan installed my new unit. I can't thank David enough for suggesting getting a quote because I never would've known It was possible and nowhere near 12k. I refer everyone I know to this company they are honest, professional and know how to take care of customers. I will

Extremely happy! Thanks to Troy and his crew that did an amazing job. They came and went straight to business and answered every question I had. Even scheduled a follow up on my A/C unit. If you ever need anything repaired with your ac unit then please do not call this company. We had a issue with our ac/furnace not working. The blower motor wasn't blowing any air or heat around. We called our home warranty place and unfortunately they assigned it to these guys. These guys showed up after their window that they gave me. When they did get here they were here for about 5 min, they looked over the issue and said it was a capacitor, ok so they changed it out. Funny thing is my system never worked once they left. So they said they changed out a capacitor because that was the problem only to find out it's not. So now I have to find another company to come out and actually diagnose the problem correctly. I have zero faith in this company to come out and fix my system. The gentleman that came to my house spent more time in their truck then the did in my house and they didn't even fix my system. If you get this company assigned to you as we did I hope this helps because it's a waste of your time and look for someone else.

This company came to my house twice,each time they came out they told me that it's a different problem,the first time it was a bad part,it cost me 225.00 dollars,with in three weeks,it stopped working I called them and told them, they said ok ,so they came out the Second time and did a Diagnostic charge me 89.00 dollars,two weeks later it stop working I called them again and they said they will be out there again,I asked what would they would do differently,his name was Alex ,he said we call you later,the next day Troy called me told me that they will not be coming out anymore, I said what about my money I paid you guys,he told me that was for the labor and my AC is not fixed,I'm out a total 314.00 dollars,good job Air medic Heating and Air.

Not all heroes wear capes. Troy came through for my family and I when my AC went out during a 104 degree weekend here in Sac. He responded within 12 hours, showed up on time, explained everything to me and found out what was actually wrong with my unit. I had a tech out 48 hours earlier who told me the wrong thing. Definitely using this company again if anything happens and would recommend to others.

Terrible. It has been more than 3 weeks and the problem is still unresolved. Terrible. No one responded to my concerns including the owner or the manager (not sure of his management title) in whom the technician called while he was at my house. Matter of fact, the owner/manager was asked to please call me while he was on the phone with the technician in my home but he refused. He said I need to call him, that he would not call me. Wow, Terrible. So, I called him the moment after the technician gave me the phone number and he did not pickup my call. I left a message requesting a call back and he never returned my phone call. Terrible. I usually don't take the time to answer surveys like this but I had a terrible experience and the work that they did do is yet incomplete. They didn't even come back to fix what they broke in their, so call, discovery process. Let me pause here for clarity and say that I was super kind and understanding the entire time. Please hear me clearly, I have attempted to be crystal clear in this communication... professionalism, Terrible. Problem resolution, Terrible. My experience is still yet Terrible.
