NO Satisfaction
Michael D.Two HVAC units were replaced by this company approximately 5 years ago. July 2024 the compressor on one unit failed. I had to pay $1400 for replacement. A month ago the company performed their scheduled maintenance. Yesterday the same unit stopped working. The technician who showed up said the fan motor now broke and it would be $700 to fix plus $150 for a service call. I will NOT say don't use this company. I will NOT say they use bad equipment. I will NOT say they overcharge. I will NOT say their work is shoddy. I WILL say check out other companies, any other companies.
