Our AC is finally working after almost a month of waiting for parts and having 4 different techs working on the job. Some technicIan's did better than others.
One thing bothered me once the job was finished Friday. The invoice from the last tech said that the expansion coil and filter were dirty. Thats surprising since both were brand new and his company installed the coil only a week previously!!

I have called this morning Air America regarding malfunctioning unit in the bedroom. To my pleasant surprise a senior technician was delegated the same day and my unit is working.
I am grateful for the positive experience today during a busy and very hot season here in South Florida

I used to be a Phoenix AC customer. They were the best. Unfortunately, they were bought out by Air America. Phoenix called to remind me that my service contract needed to be renewed. Air American does nothing.
Yesterday my AC stopped working. I called Air America 4 times and each time I was told that I would get a call from Dispatch to let me know when the service tech would be there. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM!!! Today is July 4 and I called again. Yesterday the fee was $69 but because today is a holiday it is $150. It is not my fault they didn't contact me yesterday.
Had I known they weren't going to come yesterday we would have stayed the night in a hotel instead we sat in the heat all day waiting for their service. If they couldn't come yesterday, then at least call me and let me know.
They should be ashamed of themselves.

I have 2 service contracts with Air America.Snyder air Merged with them last month and just realized that they don't have the manpower to handle calls after 8:00. My AC broke at 8:00 called them and they said they can only send out someone out tomorrow July 4 th.
Air America was a reliable company Snyder is not as far as I'm concerned.
Do not pay for a service contract or give Snyder Air your business as they don't care or don't need your business.

Absolutely awful waiting for air conditioning to be fixed for 15 days and counting. Still isn't fixed. It's definitely the worst of the worst places to get your air conditioning fixed because they don't fix it 15 days and still has them fixed . I think it's time to move on to somebody that actually does know how to fix air conditioners

Just had my AC maintenance call by
Kameryn Shaw he was very nice & I was happy with his service call. I've been using Air America over 5yrs. now & never had a problem with them.
