No call no show for the appointment we made from the week prior. When called about it, their only excuse was ""something came up. We'll give you a call if we can still come"".
3 hours later they show up.

Called due to no electricity in one room only.

The positive: came out next day for us, on time and professional , fixed minor issue.

The negative: It was 175.00 a less than 20 minute job PLUS an extra 3% for using a credit card. ALSO, they recommended we replace that GFI but did not have that with them. My mistake, I did not check all the breakers. I misread the breaker label . So, they flicked the breaker . They did state 175.00 an hr. I know they are a business and need to make money to succeed . I would of liked to think they would of given some kind of break? Meh, that's just wishful thinking. We are thankful they came out, but will look for another company to call that charges by the job not the hour. If that's even such a thing anymore.....

Manny kept in contact with me even when my van was full he sent me a txt telling me so. He requested pics (ac disconnect switch) so he would have the proper part. Tech arrived with mask and completed the work, made sure ac worked and was gone in about 30 min. I will definitely be using them for my future needs. I have a list.

First they missed the original appointment time but showed up at a reasonable time considering the mix up on appointment times ( they said it was never logged in). Then a quote for a service call and repair was given. The tech needed to go get some supplies and when he returned the office called to state that the job will cost $1100 more than originally quoted ($440). They were aware of the service request since they had to get supplies to get the job completed. Declined the service and charged not only the service call but an additional hour to get the parts so be very careful when using them.

This is my first time using Aguila Electric and I am impressed with their service. A meter bank burnt out and we had 4 apartment without power on Thursday night. All other companies couldn't come in until after the holiday the following Wednesday. Aguila Electric pull permit, contact the inspector and Tampa Electric turned the power back on to those residents within 24 hours. I couldn't believe how quick everything was resolved. I do recommend this electric company 100%.

Great service. I called them for a small issue I had in my house. They were able to come to my house in 30min from the time I called. The technician Joan was very professional and troubleshoot the issue in less than 1 hour. I will call them in the future

I have used Aguila Electric 3 times now and every time he is spot on. He is always on time, clean, extremely polite and professional. He does the job, cleans up, puts everything back together and makes sure you're in tip top shape before he leaves. Even installing a wire for a new light, he went ahead and installed the light fixture and made sure everything was clean and looking good before he left. Great guy, cant say enough how good he is. All of his work is perfect...literally. No issues what so ever.
