I have a relative living in an older home that was upgraded by a general contractor years ago, to have motion-sensing lights. This was always a problem for those living in the house, and I needed to replace the complex things with simplier options that could be 100% used by children or the elderly, and to replace things which were just plain worn-out and broken throughout the home. Part of successful project mgmt is to admit when you DONT have the skill and you need to engage someone with those skills and they follow thorough with the work done on time for the agreed-upon price. Electricity is something I dont want to mess with, because y'know - you can die.

I found A&G Electric after having 2 previous outfits flake on me or quote ridiculous minimum prices over the phone without even looking at the job in person.
After my initial call back from Jody + Flavio(?) + and finally the owner George himself, they were available to begin work immediately.

At each step of the way, I received proper communication, confirmation of appointment times, and a description of what was completed and what was still pending when complications arose from the unique electrical situation. As a bonus, they even replaced broken bulbs in the spare room because that's just the kind of extra mile they went to ensure everybody was satisified with the final result.

All of this was handled remotely, and I was able to pay A&G from a hyperlink in email, and my people onsite were satisified with the work. Five stars, I totally recommend using A&G Electric to anyone reading this review.

Louie and his crew have done numerous jobs at my home, including:
Replacing a new electrical panel for the house.
Rewiring pool equipment & adding additional outlets for the pool.
Installing Ceiling Fans, mounting flat screen TV's (no wires ever showing)

They do quality work and George seems like a very honest businessman and skilled electrician with many years of experience. I also appreciated how he itemized every item out so that we could pick and choose what to get done. I had recently bought a home and needed to install a new panel and rewire the house, which still had old cloth wire from the 1940s. I met with several electricians and George was by far the most punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and fair. We decided to hire A&G Electric and I can happily say that his crew is just as great. They pulled off a scheduling miracle to get the rewire job done before we were scheduled to move in, and were meticulous with every detail. The follow-through was great, and every single thing that needed to be addressed was done in a timely manner with great communication. Can't recommend them highly enough and would use them for any electrical job I need done in the future.

Great customer service, top quality work, and very affordable. This is how I describe A&G. They installed my solar panels and replaced all my lights with LED lights, changed all switches, and plugs throughout my entire house making it extremely energy efficient.

1. Great customer service: I always spoke directly to GEORGE which is one of the two owners of the company. He described the work that would be done, reassured me of the quality, and provided status consistently at every step of the project. His sense of urgency for great customer service made me feel like such a valued customer. The other owner Alexis also stopped by my home to give us free hats and sweaters with their company logo.

2. Top quality work: the solar panel installed passed the city inspection of the first try! This was awesome because it means that the panels were solidly bolted onto my roof and the roof was securely sealed to protect agains rain and other weather elements. In regards to the LED lights, switches, and plugs: they used quality material and made them all white to match. This gave my house a sleek appearance, energy efficiency, and confidence they will last me for decades.

3. Very Affordable: When I first bought my home I had vendors quoting me for a solar panel install. A&G best that price by almost $20K. I had to say yes when I received that price and I'm glad I did it. Plus, right now there is a 30% credit back on your tax refund so in the end it will be even cheaper. All the lights, switches, and plugs were also installed at the most affordable price I've seen.

It is a pleasure working with A&G and they are my go-to company for electrical and solar installs.

NO SHOW!
I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate. I received an email from this Jody verifying my appointment. And no one showed up. No phone call, no email no communication from A&G Electric what so ever! So I called to see what happened and was told that they would call me back. Almost 4 hours after my scheduled appointment time and still no call back, no contact at all..
