Robert was absolutely Professionals and Honest! It is the Saturday night (after 5pm) before Christmas and our Refrigerator and Freezer stopped being cold. He not only answered our call, but was at our door within 15 minutes to help us. He troubleshot the LG smart fridge for us, and got the compressor and both fans back running at an incredible price. Before he left the unit had already cooled 5 degrees... yay!

He is our Christmas Hero. Thank you so much!!

I am with 2-10 Home Warranty and they gave me this business to contact regarding repairing my gas dryer. I put in the request on Saturday and they called me on Sunday afternoon to schedule service on Monday morning. I was surprised to receive a call on Sunday. He was prompt and on time Monday morning, solved my dryer problem quickly and was gone. I highly recommend this company because of the promptness to my request and solving the problem.

We called Affordable Home Services for get an estimate to repair our refrigerator and broken electric stove. This work was for a home owners protection policy.
Affordable gave us a 15 min heads up call and arrived on time. Because of their report we ended up with a brand new replacement refrigerator. Parts for the stove were ordered and a week later our kitchen was back in business.
The attitude and service was above expectations. Affordable is now on our permanent list for our home upkeep and repair.

Got me the part, took my money ($45 service call, $162.08 quoted as my part of the service NOT proved by Total Home Warranty--but I found the same Whirlpool factory manufactured ice maker online for under $70 with shipping). April 24, 2018 he came with ice maker but recommended NOT installing as the old ice maker had started working again and seem to be frozen in place.... rather than risk breaking anything he ""recommended waiting until the old unit failed and then he would come out and install new part. It took almost 2 months before the old unit failed...when I called him back he said since it was more than 30 days and new authorization from Total Home was needed--he said he would check with them. He did not call back so I checked with Total Home to see if the $200 had been authorized. It took several calls to Total Home but I was then given the claim # and authorization code BUT when I called Affordable Home they said they had sent me an email that they NO LONGER do service for Total Home. I have NO record of an email and TOTAL HOME says they were NOT notified by Affordable Home that they are NO LONGER providing service. COMMUNICATION AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL RULE! I did NOT seem to get either from AFFORDABLE HOME!

We called our home warranty company after business hours last night when we discovered that our built-in oven wasn't heating. Not even 10 minutes later Rob from Affordable Home Services called to confirm our next day appointment. Rob and his co-worker showed up on time and had our problem resolved within minutes. Additionally, Rob spent a while sharing some helpful advice, tips and suggestions regarding the care and maintenance of our other appliances. Could not have been nicer or more professional.

Worst appliance repair company ever. They were contracted by Old Republic to fix my Maytag washing machine. The tech came out, started the machine and proceeded to tell me that there was nothing wrong with it (the fact that it stated mid cycle and ended with the final spin with adding more water wasn't normal). When I questioned him, he stated that he would have to call Maytag. When I hadn't heard from him in a week, I called and left messages. He wouldn't return my phone calls and when I finally did speak to him, said he would call that afternoon...and didn't. Two weeks went by, and I still didn't have a machine that was working. I tried to contact them, no answer, called Old Republic, they reached him...and he told the rep there was nothing wrong with my washer. They took this company off the case, are reporting him to contractor services (because of his nasty demeanor on the phone), and have reassigned the job to another repair company. I'll never use them again.

I called Affordable Home Services after hours and was able to connect with someone who came out within the hour. My entire kitchen floor was flooding from the over freezing of the ice maker. My tech was able to target shoot the problem. He was very informative and returned several days later to complete the repairs. I recommend them for quick response and being very professional.

Robert came to my rescue for an ice maker that was on the blink. He would have been able to see me the same day but I was not available. He was honest with his assessment, willing to try a work around to see if we would have some success before investing $400 in an 11 year old refrigerator and low and behold, I know have ICE. We was super friendly and I'll definitely recommend him and use him if needed in the future.
