I emailed around for a quote asking for the least amount i could expect to spend, knowing that contractors hate to give any sort of answer without checking out the job first. I even had a guy come to my house quote a price 25% higher who I offered the job to but never got back to me. Todd quoted me through email, came out, honored the price and 2 days later came out and finished the job in a day. Now a week later I'm more comfortable in my own home than I've ever been. They took a bunch of time verifying the install was correct and I never doubted them. His crew was top notch, overly qualified, not just tool holders. Either one of them could have directed the install. I'll definitely recommend them.

Came out once told him to check everything. He blamed the last person for not filling the freon. We thought he was great until we called again. $600 to run electrical line not buried 18"" underground. Not to code and plumber said to call him back to fix it. He said NO. He wanted me to throw concrete over it (we were covering part of the area). I later asked a contractor and he said he lied. It is 18"" to the surface. It is only a few inches under near the units.
The next people found two leaks one that was right in front of all the air peoples faces. No wonder the freon was low. He said ""There was nothing about leak detection and the would be $400."" It does not take $400 to see a leaky pipe that is right in front of your face.
It was a shame because we liked him and his son. I thought we had someone good. Call All Pro Air they came back when I smelled something that night after they left as 12:30 am. I found out later it was a piece in my fan light that burned up. They did not even charge me! They crawled through the attic at that hour and drove from Riverside!
