The owner Troy quoted me a $99 service fee and $59 per hour over the phone to install ceiling fans at my business. Once he started the job he charged me the $99 service fee, but changed the hourly rate to $186 per hour for labor for him and his young teenage son who he claimed to be his ""apprentice"" to install 4 ceiling fans at my business. The total bill for installation of these 4 ceiling fans (with the wires, down rods and brackets he purchased for me) was $4600. BEWARE!!!!!!

I was unaware that surge protectors for breaker boxes exist. . . . until I was in the position to replace my pool and antenna motherboards TWICE from the last two lightning storms. Troy the electrician explained how there doesn't have to be a direct strike to cause damage to/loss of your electronics: household, pool, etc. Not only was he informative, he was communicative about his schedule, and had a smile on his face when he arrived. I feel better informed and definitely better protected from mother nature since he was at my house! Thanks Affiliated Electric!

I spoke to Troy 3 weeks ago about coming out to repair my pool lights. He assured me he would be out for repairs that Monday. I never heard back from him and when I texted him to see when he would be showing up, he told me his truck was in the shop and that we would have to reschedule. He assured me that next Monday I would be his first customer and would make it out to my house between 9 and 9:30am. This morning I texted him to confirm, and he told me he was ""Rescheduled"" and wouldn't be able to make it out until later. Very unprofessional and unreliable company.

Great customer service and promptly provided services. WAY Overpriced for the running of an electrical line from one end of the house to the other. Two techs for almost double (each) the hourly rate of other competitors. I appreciated the willingness of Troy to complete the task at hand at a short notice.
