We need an outdoor outlet for our new tankless water heater. Send quote request through Yelp and Jason replied quickly. He asked few questions and gave me a reasonable price, the most important he can come to do the job in 2 hrs. They are very knowledgeable and ask me whether I'm ok with they put the line through the top of the panel since the bottom side overcrowded. He also put in a quad circuit breaker due to no space in our panel without additional charge. The outlet is very secured and professionally installed. Very satisfied! Highly recommended! My parents lost some power to their home on a day that was triple digit temperatures and bad air quality due to fires up in the San Gabriel mountains. My dad did his best to figure out what the issue was but to no avail. Called AES up and Jason picked up right away. He let me know he would get to my parents in about an hour. An hour later Jason showed up and got to work. It didn't take too long for him to troubleshoot and figure out what the issue was. It was an easy and quick fix. Jason explained thoroughly what was happening with my parent's breaker and outlets due to the window A/C units. Jason also explained to us what can be done to remedy the issue if it happens again. He also gave us another option which if we decided to do he would send us a quote. I really appreciate him taking the call and coming to help out my parents on this extremely hot day. After I made a few other calls and didn't get an answer. To me Jason is honest and very experienced at what he does. I would recommend AES if you need work on electrical issues or projects.
