I would rather give negative stars for this service center. I took a day off to stay home for the repair. They suddenly rescheduled the appointment to the next day.

Next day, the technician came took a picture of the house and left a missed call. That call didn't even ring long enough for me to pick up the phone. I tried calling multiple times, that they didn't pickup their phone. And finally they closed the warranty service request.

I would rather leave no stars or a negative star. A&E Service LLC seems like a shell company as trying to get through to this business is not possible. There is just an automated system and no way to get through to a live person. When you press the corresponding number to get ""additional assistance""; your call is IMMEDIATELY disconnected. The address doesn't even exist on the map so there isn't a business to even go to.
At this point, It should be investigated to see if it's a legitimate company because it doesn't seem like it is.

Failed to show for appliance repair. No way to contact company. Useless automated response system assigned to every published number. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Scheduled appointment a week in advance. No call / No show. Cannot reach anyone at the listed phone number.

I have never seen a company that is so incompetent on so many levels. They confirm appointments then don't show up. Their techs call to say they are on their way and then cancel due to traffic. They order the wrong parts. They show up and then leave in 10 minutes saying it's fixed, but don't test it to prove it's working.

They have been here 7 times and I still don't have a working oven. A 10 year old with YouTube would do a better job.

Horrible customer service by phone and technicians do not know what they are doing. It takes forever to get anything done. They broke my oven glass door when they were here to repair a burner and oven fan. Burner and fan are still not fixed and now o have no oven door because they shattered it!!!

my refreigerator which was in warranty was on the back porch with my chest type freezer. when the repairman was here, he did repair refreigerator; however, he unplugged my freezer to make certain the refregerator worked and failed to plug it back in when he left, which caused around $1000 food damage & a&e refuses to assume responsibility even though it was their technician who made the error. we didnt find it unplugged for 7 days as we dont use it everyday.

The absolute worst technicians and customer service. Nearly impossible to reach them by phone. I had to give them one star to submit the review, otherwise they would get zero stars. Despicable company.

I have been dealing with A&E for over 3 months now to get my refrigerator repaired. They have sent 4 technicians so far and it is still broken. The appointment for the 5th tech has been rescheduled 6 times now. Most of the rescheduling has been done without anyone notifying me. They just don't show up to the appointment and I get a text at the end of the service appointment time window saying when they've decided to reschedule for. They don't take any consideration to the schedules and availability of their clients. I have ONE day a week that I absolutely cannot be here for them to come do their work and yet they keep just setting up appointments for that day even though I tell them every time I call that it will not work.
