Fantastic customer service and professional employees! My husband and I have used Elevated850 for several years. The quality of customer service is exceptional, whether during hours or after hours for emergency calls. The staff are polite, prompt and informative. We know that we are being treated with respect and honesty.
I called this company because they came highly recommended by a fellow homeowner here in Inlet Beach, FL. I am having an issue with my tankless heater and they sent a tech out who spent several hours diagnosing unit and then ordered a part from Rinnai. The total bill was $525.00. A couple weeks later they sent the same tech out with the part, he installed it and tested the unit and said he could not replicate the problem. This time I was billed $315.00. This is a vacation home for my wife and I so we only visit a few times a year, anyway I returned this week only to find the original problem still exists. Error 19 whenever I turn on a shower the heater shuts off and flashes the error. I contacted the tech and he said he would try to get Rinnai to send another unit out under warranty. I followed up with the company this morning but received no return call or message. So now I'm out $840.00 and still have a water heater that does not operate. I certainly cannot see continuing to throw money their way so I have to start all over with another company now!
