Our expertise includes custom homes, remodels, and additions, new circuit installations for appliances (spa tub, microwave, oven, cooktop, a/c, machinery, etc.). We provide services for upgrading panels, maintaining lighting, and installing ceiling fans, LED and recessed lighting solutions, troubleshooting, electric vehicle chargers and standby generators, compressors and compliance corrections, data, phone, and TV wiring, pool and spa wiring, services for mobile home communities, variable frequency drive and programmable logic controller panels, motor control and lighting control, ballast replacements, upkeep of parking lot lighting, installing ground fault interrupter outlets, transformer setup, phase converter setups, installing surge protectors, and every element of electrical wiring and systems.

Advanced Power Systems came into existence in 1992 by Darrin K. Luttrell. After over a decade in the electrical field, Mr. Luttrell ventured into electrical contracting. Since then, he has been dedicated to meeting the needs of residential, commercial, and industrial clients. With the changing technology, Advanced Power Systems evolves. Darrin K. Luttrell was born in Ventura County in 1965 attended local schools, and began his journey in electrical work after high school. In 1991, he earned his contractor's license.
