Valery installed a new 240 circuit for a backyard spa. We contacted three companies; one never got back to us with a bid, and we chose Advanced over the other because of the excellent communication. He has an office manager and we could communicate via text to Valery, phone to the office or email.

Timing was a bit complex because another contractor was installing paving where the spa was to go. And we had a third crew digging the trenching for the electrical line in the evening after the yard was dug up and before pavers were laid. Valery and his office manager coordinated and made themselves available when we needed them. He also stopped by after hours to make sure the digging guys knew exactly where to dig.

I think, all told, Valery must have come over five times to check on the project. He also made a trip to the spa store to make sure he understood how to hook up our particular spa.

I can't imagine that any other electrician would spend so much time and attention on our job outside of his actual electrical work. Despite the extra trips, he held firm on his original price. And he's such a nice guy!

You should hire this crew! Valary and his team committed to a complex job on a hard deadline, moved heaven and earth, and delivered as promised, on time, with excellent quality, and amazingly sensitive customer service. I had no idea a contractor could be perfectly reliable, but Advanced Electrical delivered total, perfect satisfaction, far beyond any reasonable expectation. We had presented Valary with two challenges: a moderately challenging job; and an EXTREMELY tight deadline with no room for error or delay. Valary accepted the challenges and delivered everything he promised, even when that required weekend work and extra days on the job, (and without demand for extra pay). We had to upgrade the electrics in an early 20th century Craftsman house with antique knob and tube wiring -- a job that required cutting holes in the walls of every room and hallway -- 200 square feet of holes in fine plaster walls. Once the electric work was done, we needed to close the holes, replaster most rooms, re-paint the entire interior, and do a heavy-duty post-construction cleanup before the day we absolutely had to move in. Advanced Electrical went from delivering an estimate to completing the job in a month, with zero delays and zero compromises of quality. I love Valary and his team! I wish all contractors could operate at this level of excellence. The price was not cheap -- but well worth every penny.

If you are looking for electricians who know their trade, who do the highest quality of work, who can work with PG&E and permitting entities, and can troubleshoot problems and come up with solutions within your budget (no matter how small or how large your budget is), call Advanced Electrical. Valary and his team including Dave (who installed the level 2 charger for my EV), Alex (who put a new panel into the garage and wired it according to the specs needed for my new dryer), and Chris (who with Alex removed the old halogen recessed lighting in my cathedral-ceilinged kitchen and bathroom and updated with with new recessed fixtures and LEDs) are knowledgeable, friendly, professional, courteous, on-time people and the work is of the highest quality. . .Prior to the smaller jobs noted above (which took place in September 2021) Valary oversaw from January through April 2021 a complete electrical renovation of the rest of the house--which I had just purchased--replacing all of the old wiring, outlets, and electrical panel ensuring that everything met code requirements, and installing mudded-in recess art lighting and wall washers in the living room. I enjoyed working with Advanced Electrical and I enjoy living in a space that is safe, beautifully-lit, and functional.

I first worked with Valery when I had my kitchen remodeled. My contractor, who I loved, works with him so I knew I could trust him. Valery replaced my circuit breaker box outside and did a great job. At some point after that someone tapped into the box and attached an outlet so they could use my electricity! I called Valery and he came over and fixed it right away along with another outlet that wasn't working. He is great!

Started out well enough. Made an appointment, but they had to reschedule last minute. Owner himself came over the next day and gave an honest assessment of the job, saying that we're better of doing time and materials instead of set quote, as it would save us money. Struck us as honest enough and wanted to book him.

He promised to text us to set an appointment, but that's where the review fell off. After at least two calls, texts, and emails each, they were totally non-responsive. Turned out to be wasted time.
