I called the guy about 830 in the morning about coming out. He answered the phone saying hello instead of saying the business name. He said he thought I was a lawyer calling. He seemed very nice, overly nice, and then said he would come tomorrow. I said I had to take my car in at 10 and had taken the day off of work so he could come before that or after. I called him around 9 the next day and his tone was rude. He said, ""I booked another job since you didnt contact me."" I am not sure where the miscommunication was - I guess he thought I was going to call to say my appointment was for sure at 10 but why would it change? I asked him to come the next day and that I would take off work again and he said he would. The next day I contact him mid day to no response. Finally, late that night I texted him saying thank you for being professional. No response.

Advanced Electric is great. I live in downtown Orlando and called to schedule an appointment. They were available and accommodating. Kelly Walden came out to do the work; he arrived on time and couldn't have been nicer. I felt very comfortable having him in my home and will absolutely use Advanced Electric in the future! The office staff at Advanced Electric treat their customers as they would want to be treated. We were scheduled promptly for our ceiling fan installation and Kathy kept me informed when the electrician would arrive. Matt arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He offered a couple of options regarding the installation and accepted my decision without pressuring me to take the more expensive option. He also checked the condition of our circuit box and connections from a safety perspective. Based on my experience, I will recommend them to friends and family and will be a repeat customer!
