Robert was great in coming over right away to assess my issue with the outlets not working. He saw that it was related to my breaker being old and needing to be fixed and explained how it can happen again if I use too many devices at once.

We talked about pricing and was able to come to an agreement. Good guy and reliable.

I was having trouble with one of the circuit breakers that kept on turning off. They took the time to diagnose the problem and fixed the problem switch. Have not had any problems with the circuit since then. They were very reasonable priced, pleasant & punctual. Whenever I have an electrical problem again I will definitely be calling them again.

He gave a low quote ($130) for diagnosing the problem and charged exorbitantly high price to do the repair. His people changed 2 breaker switches in the sub panel (which cost probably $7 each) and charged me $530. Since I am already going to pay $130 anyway I agreed. He wanted to charge me $450 for installing the Nema 1450 EV/Tesla charger plug. Fortunately, I declined that and went with an another electrician from Facebook for $300. When the other electrician came in he said that these guys charged way too high for changing 2 breaker switches which didn't resolve the original problem I had with the breaker switches. I threw away $530 for essentially nothing. Won't recommend this company for any of my friends or family and won't use this company anymore. I have some expensive electrical works coming including rewiring the entire house and changing the panel to 600 amps panel. I can readily exclude this company from any consideration, a company that preys on not well informed clients. Owner says that I am having a bad day. Yes, paying $530 for changing 2 breakers means I am having a bad day.

Advance Electrical Services just has an excellent team. They helped me to install a Tesla Wall Connector in my garage. The price was reasonable, and work done was superior quality. Robert responded my quote request in a few minutes and came to my home in hours for estimate. The work was done at the same day. Gery and other two team members were very knowledgeable and gave me the best solution for installing the charger. They were super nice and cleaned the workplace throughout. Ask them if you need to install EV chargers in your homes.

If you decide not to take my word for it and use this company, make certain to get everything in writing. I thought I was getting an Electrical Safety Inspection and a written report. What I got was 2 guys at my house for less than 15 minutes and a texted quote to replace my electrical panel. This cost me $230. I also asked for a quote to run 220 to my garage. No one measured or even bothered to look at where it was going.

When I asked Robert about it, he claimed he said no such thing. I am very disappointed and feel ripped off. If the panel gets replaced, I can assure you that Advance Electrical will not be getting the business.

How DARE YOU? I would never ask you to lie. I only asked if it was dangerous. You are treading on very libelous ground, my friend.

I found this company through Yelp. Robert was extremely responsive by Yelp message, text and phone calls. He scheduled the jobs promptly and his guys were on time. I liked him because he's honest. I've been dealing with a lot of contractors recently and let me tell you that's extremely rare to find. He's also a nice friendly guy. His team with Raphael and Gary are great. You can tell that they take pride in their work. They were polite, courteous and cleaned up after they finished which is a huge plus.
I had them install a level 2 EV charger, replace the can lights inside of my home with LED lights and install 3 outlets. They did a fabulous job.
Their prices are very reasonable....I know because I shopped around. And most important to me, was that they are insured, licensed and bonded. Which was important to me when installing a level 2 charger in my home.
I highly recommend them.
