Half of the electrical went out in my mobile home recently. Having had good luck with service people I have found on Yelp before, I decided to look up electricians & called ADV Electrical Services. I was pleasantly surprised when Rik called right back. He came over the next morning & fixed my electricity to my satisfaction & easily fixed a ceiling fixture that was not a part of the original issue. I would definitely use ADV Electrical Services again with no hesitation.

I needed a 30amp receptacle installed in my home. I needed an electrician who understood Recreational Vehicles and their power needs. Rik, the owner was knowledgeable and efficient, explaining everything that would be needed so that I understood. His rates were reasonable and the service was great!!

We had problems with the lighting in our two back to back bathrooms. I checked what I could but this was beyond my expertise, which isn't much. Called Rik at ADV Electric and explained what was going on. We made an appointment for the next morning. He and his helper were very prompt, cordial and clean. Also they didn't mind taking precautions for the Coronavirus. They had the problem diagnosed and solved in about 1hr. My wife and I are very pleased, would absolutely call ADV again.

Called them in the morning at 9am because an outlet stopped working and resetting the breaker didn't work. I was told the electrician would be out between 12pm and 3pm. I called at 12pm and asked for a more specific time and was told 2:30. I waited until 3:15 and no one showed. Super huge inconvenience as my fridge is in the middle of my kitchen until the outlet gets fixed.

I contacted ADV to change light switches and outlets. The woman who answered the phone was nice and told me that ""Rick"" would contact me that day. He didn't. I called again about two days later, spoke to the same woman. Told her I hadn't heard from anyone. She told me ""Rick was just here but he left, I'll tell him that you've called again and to get a hold of you"". I'm not still waiting because I contacted another company who acted as if they wanted my business. They scheduled an appointment for the next day, cashed 45 minutes before the appointment time, was extremely prompt with their service. ADV lost my business with their lack of customer service.

I had a very good experience with ADV Electrical. I had several outlets that were not working. I called and since they were already out in the area, they were at my house within 20 minutes. They checked out the situation, replaced a GFI, and were on their way. The gentleman were helpful and quick and I was very pleased with the service.

Came out the same day fixed our problem within 2 hours and now we have light in our kitchen again..reasonable price . Will definitely be calling him back!
