Had a problem with our batteries for the fire alarms. One was beeping all night and next day. Rik came out and replaced all the batteries in the alarms. Ohhh so quiet now. We really thank him for being so polite and nice. Good job!

After years of wires hanging around from our television and all of our devices, We decided to call someone to hide the cables behind the walls and create an electrical outlet above our fireplace. After multiple attempts to get other companies out here, Rick was our saving grace! He called me first thing and had someone out immediately to fix the problem. A few hours later, no more wires!
