Very disappointed with Adis Elec ! We had a problem with landscape lighting.
Adis sent out an electrician and helper. Very nice guys. However, little was accomplished. After two visits and a cost of $718.00; I still had problems. I was charged basically for ""trouble shooting"". I was told there would be additional charges for more trouble shooting !!!
At this point, I said No ! I had previously paid. (by ck) $350.00. And would not
pay any more. The electrician called the owner of Adis. The owner came to
our home. The owner visited with my wife and myself. He was an extremely
nice person. He informed us that the electrician was very good electrician,
however the electrician fell short in his explaining the problem, etc to us. The owner made apologies to us for the electrician. He said he was good but fell short in his conversing with us. We paid the owner another ck for $368.00.
He again made apologies for his electrician, However, we ended their efforts with us !!
I did bring in a different electrician to solve our problem. The new electrician was here less than an hour and completely FIXED the problem. His charges
were a total of $125.00. He was here about an hour.
We could NEVER recommend Adis Electric.

$69 for a service call to come out and then quoted me another $744 to evaluate the job in order to get an estimate. He did not even go into the attic to check the wiring or do any assessments on the electric work. This is scam operation and unfair pricing. They claim to have ""Up Front"" pricing, see wording from their website below:

""No matter the job's size, small or large, when our technician arrives at your home or business, we will first evaluate what you need to have done. We will then show you what the job will cost before the job starts. We strive to evaluate every job to ensure that we will provide you with the best and most cost-effective solutions.""

A service call should cover the cost to come to the job site + provide an assessment of what it costs to fix the issue at hand. Instead, they have hidden layers of fees and costs that are unfair to the average homeowner. We did not move forward with their services.

My landlord referred me here and I don't have a single complaint about the whole process. They kept me filled in about what the next steps were. I work from home and was very grateful that he did as much as he could without shutting of my power so that when they did have to turn it off, I was only for a few hours. I would highly recommend this company.

I needed repair on a wall outlet in the bathroom, that did not have power. A flood light that also did not have power, and an entrance light fixture that didn't have power and needed to be replaced. Brandon came out on time, very professional, completed the work. However, I believe it was a big scam for the amount that I was charged. They charged me over $600 to install an existing light fixture and ""diagnose"" / tell me that the other bathroom socket and flood light had no electricity and needed to be repaired (which is why I called them initially). For diagnosis, they charged $400, and did not fix the problem. I believe that I was overcharged at least by half. When I called and inquired about their rates, the owner explained, that it was $69 for them to come out and diagnose the problems, and give me an estimate for how much it would cost to fix. However, I was informed when the tech arrived that $69 is simply just for him to come out. I was completely mislead. If I would have received the correct price estimate, I would have certainly went with a different company that actually charges per hour to repair everything. Instead I ended up paying $200 per hour, and only 1 problem out of 3 was actually resolved. I would never recommend them.

I was having some very strange electrical issues out of nowhere in the house and I needed them fixed very quickly. So I googled electricians for my area and Adis Electric came up as being highly rated. Deservingly so because the service I received was top-notch very professional and done with personal care. Customer service that you don't see very often nowadays. But Brandon, the service technician, showed up on time, notified me before he showed up so I was ready for the arrival, and was very helpful in fixing the issues. Once he was able to diagnose and find the issue he made sure to take pictures and explain to me what had happened afterwards.
Even gave me good advice on the best way to keep this from happening in the future and gave me very detailed information about how my outlets were set up in the house and outside the house.
I also want to mention that I called on Thursday and they were able to have Brandon out at my house Friday morning at 8:00 a.m. I would definitely work with this company again for any of my electrical needs.
I can't say enough about how knowledgeable Brandon was and how great the customer service was as well.

They did a great job repairing some indoor and outdoor electrical problems. They were very thorough and professional throughout. Good communication letting me know what they were doing and why. Didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Very satisfied. Thank you Adis and Brandon for a job well done.

Adis Electric was great! I contacted Adis on a Saturday and he promptly answered my phone call. He explained he was currently working a job but would come out that day to investigate my issue. He explained my options, provided an accurate estimate of the cost of the work. He and his team arrived on our scheduled day just a few days later and completed the work quickly. My pool motor and outdoor kitchen lighting are working great now. (the previous owner must have used an unlicensed handyman). I would highly recommend Adis for his professionalism as well as his advice. Thanks Adis!

Ok installation but not ideal for residential. First off, very nice guy. They replaced our service panel and all wiring. They did an OK job. Similar to plumbers they have no respect for any part of the house other than their little area. You definitely have to follow them to fix what they disturb (insulation, floor boards, wall cuts, etc. Just know you need to clean up after them. And I still have a few outlets that are loose and never got corrected (was told he'd send someone out - never happened after i made final payment (I should have know better so i take responsibility for not holding final payment). But the worst part was we failed inspection. He insisted I needed an energy audit. So he sent me the link, i called for this audit, paid $150 and had the audit submitted to the city. City was confused and when I finally bypassed Adis and went directly to the inspector it turned out that they needed to change 1 breaker to a gfci. They actually did (apparently after failing the inspection) but instead of them bothering to call for re-inspection he told me to get a $150 energy audit that was not required. Again, he's very nice and maybe his company is more suited for a business environment and not residential. Residential service providers should be able to deal with the permit and completion and not throw it back on the homeowner to deal with inspectors and submit final documentation.

I am extremely satisfied with and highly recommend Adis Electric. He changed out my electric panel and he and his team kept me in the loop all along the way so I completely understood what they were doing and why. They were on time and very professional throughout the entire process. When I need electric work done again I will absolutely call Adis!
