I've used ADI a number of times now for both major projects like replacing our electrical panel, & minor projects like repairing a damaged outdoor outlet. The owner Ariel couldn't be any nicer and truly cares about making sure his customers are happy and satisfied. We've primarily worked with Alvarro, who clearly loves what he does-he's so personable, punctual and always has a smile and great attitude. Thanks so much guys!!! I'd highly recommend ADI to anyone who needs an extremely skilled and professional electrician to service their home.

I called Adi Electrical Service to fix a circuit breaker problem. The technician who arrived did not try to diagnose the problem. He said it would be difficult to locate the short. He said the wiring was old and said the house had to be rewired. His idea good of customer service was to suggest the using the 195 dollars towards the rewiring service the company offered.

I paid on line for the 2 hour electrical service. The worker arrived and said I could not use this service for an outlet relocation. The cost would be $299.00. I used the 129.00, 2 hour service to replace a ceiling fan and paid 299.00 for the outlet relocation The technician who replaced the fan was very neat and friendly. He finished in less than an hour. Technically he could have replaced a second ceiling fan I had but I was told it would cost an additional $225.00. The technician who relocated the outlet butchered the wall. We called to complain and sent the supervisor the photo. It fell on silent ears. We do not plan to use this them again. False advertising

I needed an electrician in a hurry because the air conditioning suddenly stopped working in my ADU. The outlet wasn't providing power to the AC unit. I called several electrical companies and ADI was the one that came through. An electrician arrived within 45 minutes, I was amazed. He was confident and prepared and friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the issue within a half hour. There hasn't been a problem with the power since. I had a very important appointment to go to that day and because of ADI's customer service, fast reaction time, and expertise I was able to make that appointment and I am truly grateful. Thank you ADI!

I requested an estimate to replace my electrical panel. Ariel came out and gave me a prompt estimate on the spot. He emailed me the contract and the price was competitive. I read the estimate and the estimate required a 10% downpayment - this is fair. I communicated with Ariel that I did not agree that the balance of payment for electrical was due when my project was ready for building inspection. I felt that it should be due when inspection was approved. In my background with construction, the owner is forfeiting a retention by paying the balance beforehand. This is the only leverage that the owner has to insure the work is completed and completed to code. Ariel said that this was their company policy and they have done thousands of projects and did not wish to do any work for me. I never had any reason to distrust ADI and wondered why, if their intention was so good, do they insist on complete payment before the job was done. I decided that the price was not worth sacrificing my only security over ADI should there be a disagreement or inspection didn't pass. They could walk away and I would be the only loser. No thank you.

The issue was never in the pricing. The issue was that Ariel specifically stated that the UNPAID BALANCE (i.e. balance of contract) was due when the job was ready for inspection. There was NEVER mention about payment less outstanding work (stucco around the box, any inspection requirements). My apologies but I am unwilling to pay a contractor 100% before inspection. This amount was NEVER explained other than the final payment of the balance was due, period.

ADI recently completed a home rewire removing all old wiring and replacing it with new modern, safe electrical wiring. When Ariel came to our house in January for an initial walk through and to provide an estimate, he told us that the things we wanted to change electrically were all inclusive in the total cost. This was a far cry from other vendors who wanted to nickel and dime us for every outlet, light fixture, fan, etc. Of course it seemed too good to be true at the time, but I am happy to report that the ADI team truly went above and beyond to complete our dream electrical rewire including patching and painting all holes required for the job.

The project took a lot of more time, dedication and hard work from everyone involved over the last month and a half. However we now have all the outlets we could ever need for our growing family, our dream light figures inside and outside the home, convenience upgrades like under kitchen cabinet lighting, smart lights in our bedroom, and dimmers in the bathroom. Most importantly we get to welcome our first baby into an electrically safe home.

Thank you Jose and Kevin - our main electrical team for all of your hard work. Thank you Miguel and Maria for doing such incredible patching and painting work - the house looks better than before. Thank you to Micheal for your initial customer service call and Ariel for coordinating the project and permit. Your dedication to excellence is something we couldn't be more grateful for.

My husband and I moved into our new home December 2022 and knew we had a lot of electrical needs but didn't know who was good to use for electrical. After having someone come in from Handy and totally botch our GCFI installation my sister recommended ADI Electrical. They had done a whole house rewire on their home when they moved into it.

Finally, last month I called and they were very friendly and told me that Ariel would call me shortly. He did! Within TEN minutes! We set up a day for him to do a quote just two days later and he was very thorough and gave us a fair quote for the services needed and also recommended that we change our old recessed lights in the kitchen that were problematic and flickering.

Upon approval of the quote his workers came the NEXT day to complete the services!

Services completed:

* Replace and install new recessed lights in kitchen.
* Install all new GCFI outlets in kitchen and bathrooms.
* Breaker Box Labeling
* Garage wiring - installation of 20 amps 120v circuit for washer and dryer. (There was an interior extension cord set up before...it was really ""Mickey Mouse"")
* Installation of ceiling fan in master bedroom
* Installation of new light fixture in upstairs bath
* Rewire outlet in upstairs bedroom.
* Rewire backyard outdoor light and install new junction box
* Install new cover for junction box in the attic and inspected wiring.

They did all that work in ONE DAY! There was small damage to our stucco in the garage after installing the new breaker box for exterior lights but Ariel had is guy come out THE NEXT DAY and repair and paint it for us at no additional cost!

We'll definitely be using ADI Electrical again for any electrical home needs. THANK YOU!!!

Adi responded quickly with 1st availability. Alvaro was polite, efficient & quick. He didn't have the specific switch I needed, but was able to provide a replacement until I can procure the same switch & schedule installation .
