Casey works with you to figure out what the actual problem is that you are trying to solve, and then finds the most efficient solution. For example, I could have spent a bunch of money replacing this fence door. Casey had an actual conversation with me about it instead, and we were able to identify that I didn't need an entire new fence door, I just needed a way to strengthen it so that this little escape artist couldn't push it open. He found a convenient, economical, and effective solution for me. Thank you Casey!
